I am a lease holder, ie flat owner in Riverdale House, Lewisham and am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from my "property manager". I have repeatedly asked for explanations of bills/invoices without receiving concise, meaningful responses or any attempt to engage with me. I am paying these people to provide a service but in my case, at least, they are falling short of the required standard, considering what they charge.

Great support from Life Residential representatives (particularly Ashleigh Bates and Ilinca Ioanovici) on some of the maintenance issue we had in the flat. Fast, efficient and professional. There is also an automated tool provided to tenants by Life Residential to report any issues and move all the way to having an engineer or contractor attending and fixing the issue, which is very cool and nicely designed.

Life Residential have managed my flat for over ten years, in recent times by Rosita Kausiute. When the flat was damaged recently by a freak accident Rosita was brilliant, she worked tirelessly to liaise with the insurers, and the contractors to get the repairs done quickly and properly.
