Living in a flat managed by Life Residential has been great so far. They're always helpful, and I have no complaints.I recently renewed my lease, and Abby Gooptu was very helpful throughout the process. She started it about four months before my current agreement expired and kept me informed at every step. She's wonderful!

GoogleRalph had provided an exceptionally great service which encouraged me and my partner that the experience with Life Residential would be smooth. However, since we moved in, the service was extremely bad, Asleigh as our property manager hardly ever replied to our emails in case we had an issue in the flat and our deposit hasn't been returned even 5 months after moving without any replies to many of our notices. Please be very careful when dealing with this agency. Update on this: After 5 months of not replying to our requests to return the deposit, the agency is asking us to use essentially the whole deposit against the urgent issues they apparently identified after we left the flat, even though none of those have been mentioned in the check-out list. Unfortunately for us, we will have to take legal action, but we want to warn others to be very careful, please use any other agency if you can. It's been a horrid experience with Life Residential.

Noor is an excellent Property Manager if you can get her when you are with LifeResidential. I had a poor experience a year ago, changed to Noor by them and it's all been smooth sailing since. She promptly replies to emails, understands the tenant and the situation and promptly finds a resolution. It made my last few months a pleasure rather than a pain in the neck.

Positive experience throughout the whole process of renting an apartment. Initial contact with Jahdel who was great at showing me around the apartments and very knowledgable about the process. Kalidass has been my property manager for a year now and he has been very helpful, particularly when it came to renewal and sorting contracts - he was speedy in getting everything sorted with the landlord.
