She liaised with Contractors to arrange booking for when was suitable for me and the issues were resolved in no time at all really. very happy with the service she provided.

We recently sold a flat through Life Residential and I cannot recommend the team highly enough. Molly and Will went above and beyond to help with the sale! Their professionalism and level of care was superb. If we didn't have them help coordinate the sale and liaise between the solicitors the whole process would have taken a lot longer. I can't thank them enough for everything they did and always being available to answer questions and making it happen. I'll be eternally grateful, thank you!!!!

Thomas is our managing agent for our property and he is a godsend. He took over the management of our property at the time of the expiration of the lease some 18 months ago and the tenants had left the place with inventory missing, many areas of the flat damaged and dirty. Thomas, without fuss went about getting tradesmen in to make good the place, getting funds from the deposit bond to pay for the same. We were at peace knowing that Thomas was in control of the situation. A very positive start to our landlord/managing agent relationship with Thomas.Thomas is a good communicator setting out facts and explaining situations, and outlining the rights and obligations of both the tenant and the landlord with clarity and neutrality. I appreciate his approach of setting out the ways and reasons for those ways in resolving tenant's complaints or requests. He made decision making very easy through the clear explanations. He approaches each problem (such as complaint from the tenant) without bias or prejudice but with fairness and pragmatism.He attends to problems with efficiency and effectiveness. When consent is given for repairs to be done within days the repairs are attended to. There is no hesitation or delays in whatever Thomas agrees to do.We appreciate Thomas' care and attention in the management of our property and it gives us great pleasure in writing this review.We thank Thomas for his great work.

GoogleOur property manager Maquel Thomas was and continues to be extremely unresponsive and unprofessional during our 1 year contract with Whitehouse Apartments. - Property was to be professionally cleaned before moving in as stated in our contract; this was not done even after multiple emails of asking for professional cleaning even after we moved in - Repairs took months to complete; the flush on the shared bathroom was broken for months while we waited for Maquel to respond, amid other (less urgent things) that we chased for months on end with no response - Maquel told us that the landlord wanted the property back for 'family' which is why we could not extend our lease. After we managed to find a new flat, we found that our flat was up again on Rightmove, with a new contract starting one week after our contract ended - To this day (2 months after the end of our tenancy) we have not gotten our deposit back despite emails and calls to Maquel on an almost daily basis

I have had an absolutely appalling experience with Life Residential. It has been 33 days of pure frustration dealing with ongoing issues in my flat, and the lack of resolution is beyond unacceptable.From day one, the flat has had multiple faults, ranging from minor inconveniences to major problems that should have been addressed immediately. Instead, I’ve been met with nothing but delays, excuses, and unprofessional behavior. The management’s lack of accountability and the endless runaround has turned what should have been a comfortable living situation into a nightmare. I strongly advise against using Life Residential if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.Until these issues are resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend Life Residential to anyone. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster.

the communication is so bad with this company. trying to arrange a flat viewing seems near impossible. only one customer service agent has been helpful. No point having advertisements for properties if you can't even update potential tenants about re-scheduling a flat viewing or to alert them a property has been sold. It's really unprofessional, and for someone who comes from a retail background, this company does not care for potential tenants or to even respond back to simple enquiries which is a shame because the properties advertised appear decent. Pathetic.

We have been renting with Life Residential for the last couple of years, and it has been a great experience all around. Every time we've needed assistance, they've always come up with the quickest and best solution. A big thank you to Abby Gooptu for all his patience and kindness - We recently renewed our current contract, we had some difficult situations that were difficult to deal with, and Abby helped us through the entire process and managed the whole situation very effectively and professionally. Overall, I had a great customer experience and would recommend it to anyone.
