GoogleThe speed and professionalism from the Foxtons team was very refreshing, seemed like they genuinely wanted to help find the right place for us. Would like to mention Jon in particular, happily met us on short notice and was extremely responsive and quick with sorting all the paperwork after.

GoogleEveryone at Foxtons has been great with good communication at all times. Particular praise for Kate and William (Brixton office manager) who have both been outstanding, and worked above and beyond to secure and ensure the sale went through. I am happy to pay Foxton's commission rate.

GoogleAwful service, been complaining of mould in the flat for 4 months with no action for this to be fixed, it's a huge health violation and they won't even let us leave the contract early to move somewhere clean to avoid illness, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

GoogleAwful, heartless estate agency. Had a terrible experience renting with them. Only showed interest in you when you could bring them money. As the tenancy was ending, estate agents harassed us with terrible attitudes, suggested multiple times if we could move out of the property sooner than the end of the lease, so they could have new tenants move in. Could not be worse.

GoogleRichard Dalmeida -Brixton I’ve found Richard very professional and patient while I was looking for my new flat. Sometimes flat hunting can be stressful, however Richard has been always very friendly, positive and useful! I recommend him if anyone needs a letting negotiator!

GoogleThoroughly recommended. After the best part of a year on the market with two other agents we decided to try Foxtons (Brixton branch). Their communication was excellent right from the start, with regular correspondence and updates every few days - something we found distinctly lacking from previous agents. Despite not having as much as an offer in the previous year Foxtons were able to find a buyer for our property within one month. They were instrumental in chasing up the necessary parties and coordinating well with legal teams. The whole team were fantastic but particular praise must go to Joanna Sutherland and Tom Lebbern, who worked hard throughout the sale and always kept us updated with honest feedback. Their experience with the area and the sector was fantastic and we were impressed throughout.
