GoogleTerrible experience. Heartless agency with no ethics. Called us relentlessly near the end of our contract, trying to convince us to move out earlier than the end of lease so they could have new clients in asap.

GoogleThe commercial agent Melisa Ocal reveals great knowledge of the properties and also of the market property in general, helping the buyer to make a more well informed decision. Clear and concise communication also a big plus!

GoogleI had a very lovely experience with Shahad at the Fixton brixton office. She was so pleasant and worked hard to find me the right apartment. I'm truly amazed by her kindness and patience with me all through the process. Thanks a lot Shahad, keep up the good work.

GoogleEven though an Estate Agent represents the Seller primarily, Foxtons were very responsive, professional, transparent and attentive to me, the Buyer, and made sure the process went quickly and smoothly. Just what you need when making such a big Life Decision. Thank you to my agent Shardarae for everything!

GoogleThe speed and professionalism from the Foxtons team was very refreshing, seemed like they genuinely wanted to help find the right place for us. Would like to mention Jon in particular, happily met us on short notice and was extremely responsive and quick with sorting all the paperwork after.

GoogleGreat experience with Shardarae - she showed me round 3 properties in a short space of time which all met what I was looking for and I had only requested to view 1! She was so helpful and has really helped me with my property search

GoogleFortune have been extremely helpful during my property searches, providing me with various options and viewing opportunities. Have been extremely professional in responding with my queries. I have taken a personal decision to look for properties outside of Fortune's area being covered, but would definitely refer individuals to him in the future if in need for property searches in the SE area. - Jam

GoogleEveryone at Foxtons has been great with good communication at all times. Particular praise for Kate and William (Brixton office manager) who have both been outstanding, and worked above and beyond to secure and ensure the sale went through. I am happy to pay Foxton's commission rate.

GoogleNarad Tevari and Alexandra Reeves from the Brixton Foxtons agency were extremely helpful in our flat search. We found a great property really fast, they advised us every step of the way and helped us secure the flat we wanted. They are really friendly and extremely fast to respond. GoogleAwful service, been complaining of mould in the flat for 4 months with no action for this to be fixed, it's a huge health violation and they won't even let us leave the contract early to move somewhere clean to avoid illness, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

GoogleAndrea Ricketts has been great. She's gone the extra mile and given a very personal service.

GoogleAwful, heartless estate agency. Had a terrible experience renting with them. Only showed interest in you when you could bring them money. As the tenancy was ending, estate agents harassed us with terrible attitudes, suggested multiple times if we could move out of the property sooner than the end of the lease, so they could have new tenants move in. Could not be worse.

GoogleRichard Dalmeida -Brixton I’ve found Richard very professional and patient while I was looking for my new flat. Sometimes flat hunting can be stressful, however Richard has been always very friendly, positive and useful! I recommend him if anyone needs a letting negotiator!

GoogleVery impressed by Andrèa’s knowledge when it comes to valuing. She came to my property recently and I must say she installed my confidence that her valuation was accurate and fair. Andrèa displayed her industry experience through explaining why the property is valued at this price and for someone who doesn’t know much about property that was comforting.
