So facebook decided to allow me the "chat with us" feature after many failed attempts to unlock my FB, and it sucks!

I dont know how it happened but after litteraly more than 10 times of my ID and other credentials getting rejected after my fb got locked for more than a week now, "chat with us" feature suddenly became available, but when i thought it finally will help after they told me to reply to their meta support email that they've sent where i were to reply with an attached video of me holding a written code that matches the one they've sent me to confirm that "I am me", it then only turned out to be an even more of a cesspit of a customer support. They did not respond, did not unlock, did not do anything but send a damn survey to rate their customer support! What kind of company is this. Instead of boycotting McDonald's, we should boycott this facebook instead! Worst customer service I've experienced!

Ive tried plenty of times to verify my identity but it kept rejecting my attempts.

My account was locked after somone apparently gained unauthorized access and now im locked out and facebook kept on rejecting my ID and other docs. I just turned 18 so i dont have government IDs, but I did send a school ID, a diploma, a birth certificate, and a covid vaccination card, but their AI still kept on rejecting them. I tried to email fb, send feedback reports both in fb and insta, dm them in insta, but still no response whatsoever and their help center isn't helping at all. Ive always used this device so why cant u verify using this familiar device and ip? Heck i even sent screenshots of me and my girlfriend's convo in insta and said that we have photos together in her fb and insta account in insta's "report a problem" and my credentials but still no help coming whatsoever.

So these absolute dog sh!t c!nts will ban me for calling someone a melt c!nt but allow scammers to scam me out of 1500 through their app lying about selling stuff and it never turns up just more messages saying i need to pay more to get my package pay that amount for them to say i need to pay more and in the end never got a single thing but they got my 1500 and to top it off these scummy pieces of sh!t to allow that person to continue scamming others of their hard earned money too. I've reported it loads if times with all the proof and all they say is there is nothing wrong so it's like they are involved with the scam themselves

I've worked in content moderation and community management for over ten years and I can absolutely attest to other negative reviews, your moderation is absolute garbage. I find you all to be completely inept and incapable of facilitating a constructive and safe community, especially when you allow your users to advertise pyramid schemes, adult content, create fake accounts to impersonate celebrities, or even high-ranking military officials, it's pathetic. Do better, because you suck at your job.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I sent several messages about payment problems and it seems none really cares, because all I got as reply every time, that I have to explain all over again to a different person!Their support system does not work! They dont offer solution but tell you, that dont worry, we will solve your problem and if you dont have anything else to discuss about, than we will close this chat and wish you a nice day!!! So then, you lost your support ticket!!! ITS a NIGHTMARE system! Doesnt matter how many time I contacted them, its exactly the same every time!! Such a huge disappointment from Facebook! They block credit cards, because my bank did not let the payment go through due to the very serious fact, that the amount that needed to be paid ($45.93) in their system was smaller then what they wanted to charge ($58.33) after the verification!! And then because you keep trying, they restricted them, stating fraudlent actions!!!!! Unbelievable!!!

Trust facebook the same as you would…

Trust facebook the same as you would trust a pedo with your children. Absolutely don't.If you cause drama or are part of drama, you are entirely free to post. If you pay facebook, you can scam scam scam. If you be yourself, you will be limited. If you then ask for help, you will be silenced. Over 15 years a member. Zero trust. Only use it to speak with people at times. Facebook has less than no respect.

Oppenheimer in the 21st century

Aside from the fact that FB started the decline of civilisation. It used to be clean, a way to connect. Now, bloated with adverts. You look at your feed, it changes on every refresh.Meta, or whoever owns it now should be ashamed, destroying humanity. People do not talk any more, my friend refuse to communicate by phone or face to face.I lay, near death on the floor for 10 days with unfinished messages. Friends too busy posting pictures of cats and holidays than to contact me. Now, we have AI in the mix, the machines run the Internet. FB is a dangerous social media gone wrong, along with YouTube and the others. Google et al. History will bear me right, mark my words

Facebook sucks

Facebook sucks. i said to someone "all i see you doing is B!tching and complaining" and i get banned 3 days and cant post to groups for 30 days. i report people saying really disgusting racist things, report violent videos, videos and ads with nudity, preteens or younger in underwear being sexual and guess what? nothing...they just tell me it didnt go against their community guidelines. perhaps if my comment made them money they wouldnt ban me. its disgusting what fb turned into. zuckerbutt needs to just FUHK off already. hes part of the problem in this country.

I'm absolutely disgusted with FB's…

I'm absolutely disgusted with FB's 'boost' facility in Marketplace, don't ever use it, whatever you do - not if you're only selling a single item. They deliberately make it as complicated as possible, by bamboozling you with lots of different options, thus confusing your understanding of exactly how much you're being charged, and for how long. I posted a single item two days ago, and somehow, they have managed to charge me nearly £15.00. That's ridiculous, and when you try to cancel, you'll be told you have to 'pause' your ad, and pay the outstanding balance (yes, they appear to want another £2.00 off me) in 72 hours. For obvious reasons, there is no simple 'cancel boost' button, because they'd rather have you in a state of confusion, than cancelling their extortionate 'boost'. Never again, and I don't believe I had the 1000's of clicks they claimed I had on the item, because it's highly specialized, there simply wouldn't be that many people interested. Lying, money grabbing, dishonest thieves. Don't be taken in.

Rubbish

I created a Facebook account years ago and now as I don't use it anymore, I want to delete it. BUT because of the nonesense security, I am not able to access my account to delete the account. Apparently, I can only enter my account only on the device that's it's recognised, which I'm 100% that I do not have it anymore as it's been a long time. I tried looking on the Account Centre to see if I can submit a ticket, but nope. It looks like I cannot acces my account forever. This is totally rubbish. Worst social media ever.

I am a seasoned land and property buyer in several countries including the UK ...A plot of land appeared on my search whilst is was in Leeds in UK the land was in Cheshire and for sale with Irlams A lengthy phone conversation concluded that the owner was not a neighbour neither would I have a neighbour telephoning authorities on inspection I was driving from Leeds to Chester that very day For those not in the know usually when you have the details in hand eg a sheet of the details or in modern terms the for sale details on your phone its common practice to be able to view land either from roadside or by a stroll onto said land after concluding there are no animals or danger… This was all done with Irlam’s office and this was even after asking the viewing practice as some agents are not familiar with land sales No Irlam’s were OK On attending it was necessary as some of the land was obscured to enter the filed where no animals were present and in respecting all country codes I entered the land As I say this is normal Im on foot. I then find myself the subject of a torrent of abuse and possible threat to my safety from someone next door claiming to be the owner of the land of course I don’t believe them as Irlams had told me different. It transpires after lengthy calls with Tim Irlam that’s what Id been told by Irlams was in fact incorrect the owner did live next door and had even complained about me to them… Incredible poor professionalism on the part of Irlams It appeared to me they have no idea on their conduct in sales of land.NegativeProfessionalism

Good morning Mr Williams, Thank you for taking the time to review our services. I do find the comment slightly hard to follow but remember our conversations from last year regarding the dispute you had with the land owner and then subsequently your dispute with my agency. The land owner does in fact not live next door but does own the adjoining field where she keeps her horses and was alarmed to see your six-year-old daughter running across the field for sale, towards the pond in the far corner. This is the reason there were raised voices due to a fear of any potential danger for your daughter. From what I am told by the owner it was yourself that produced a torrent of abuse and conducted threatening behaviour towards her and she subsequently told the office that she never wants to have any dealings with you again, to which you were disappointed as you wanted to offer on the land. After speaking to you several times I was inclined to believe the owner of the land as I too was threatened with ‘ruining my business’, ‘knowing where I live’ and ‘knowing my family’ which I found to be extremely unprofessional and threatening, at which point I decided to stop all correspondence with yourself. I did say I was happy to speak to your superior which I am still happy to do so to clear up any disparity in information. Best regards, Tim Irlam

Scammers hacking and running Facebook Groups

I was an admin for an active Facebook group until about a week ago when a hacker joined, took over the admin rights and took my admin role from me. He also removed the other admin and unlinked the associated page. Because I was the creator I am still a member on the site. The hacker has over 150 groups listed on his profiles - all of where he got admin right in the last few months.I contacted Facebook at least 10 times about this hacker and they have not responded to a single approach. I emailed their support team and reported it through the app several times as well. I know some of the members of the group also reported the hacker - but Facebook remain idle on the matter. In the last few days, I have looked at some of the other group this guy hacked and this led me to other hackers. Every time I find one and go through their activities they lead me to more hackers and hacked Facebook groups. I gave all this information to Facebook - and they simply do not respond, which, in my view, both encourages scamming on the site and puts group members security at risk. I contacted some of the other previous admins of other groups, where I was able to identify them, and the ones that answered me confirmed their groups were either stolen, like mine, or one person's group was so bombarded by porn that when the scammer offered to take the admin role, she gave it to him.

Tim & Dan were such a great help to us in both selling our house and helping us secure the home of our dreams. Both friendly and professional their service and knowledge is significantly better than any other agent in the area. They've found us such a great home I doubt we'll ever move again but if we did, we'd definitely be asking Irlams to help us again.

heaven for scammers and traffickers

Well i belive facebook is beyong unsafe, and more like a very dangerous platform you have to be constantly carefull just to navigate , chat, view pics or videos, to many scams and hackers on facebook, and there is no security what so ever for any users. any false pages personal or business can contact you or mess with you in way by a quick interaction. if they had verified users with goverment id. all the scamers, hackers wont be able to hide who they are and there personal contact details. so that the authorities know where to look and for whom. thats why favebook is a heaven for human traffickers, illegal supliment, identity theft, bank or cc thieves, all sorts of dangers actualy found on fb, on top also the market place so you can always meet or be setup by any crimanal groups. I dont see why they dont have an id check.

REVIEW PAGE is for reviews!

TOTALLY useless at customer support, non existent in fact... There's very obviously a reason you don't have it, you would be swamped with all the complaints. Even reading the reviews are alarming... Whilst most are relevant as to what this "review" page is for - reviewing facebook, still some wackos even on here spouting their unneccesary, religious, bigoted and downright dangerous nonsense. This is a REVIEW page. Go peddle your witchcraft elsewhere, say on facebook?!!!!! That's all its good for

Constantly tagged by scammers and fake accounts when I comment on charity posts. Facebook / meta has absolutely no response when these scammers are tagged (by me and others). They never take them down. I have reported dozens of these accounts. (These scammers are selling merchandise with non profit / charity logos, by pretending to be representing the charity). Tied to facebook because all the animal rescues I volunteer use it. I wish there was an alternative because Mark and Meta don't give a xxxx. They just want the advertising dollars.

Don't even try using Facebook dating it's a complete sham!! It's completely loaded with fake profiles which I reported, 39 recently. I get some crap back from them that the profiles don't violate their rules even though they're completely fake! You can go on the internet and search a picture in a reverse photo program and find where these people are stealing the pictures from!! It's a complete utter failure!!!The only things Zuckerberg cares about is giving money to the Democrats

I’ve seen spams & got scams

I’ve seen spams & got scams like, female minors under 18 posing on IG. Can’t believe, Mark Zuckerberg & the parents are allowing explicit clips like this…bunch of perverted sleaze bags. I deleted my FB cuz, I received a msg from a female scammer asking if, I was single like she wanted to date me. I replied, “yes” why where are u from?? “NOT” bc, I’m interested or anything. So afterwards, I deleted my silhouette on FB. Even viewing photos of companionship/family gatherings looking like their lives are always sublime which is NOT. It’s fictional…. Really. Even, viewing wedded couples or single parents with their children like saying, “MY KIDS ARE MY WORLD” surely they are but, why do we ALWAYS need to see this?? Bunch of narcissistic a****holes that are interested in themselves. I’ve, attempted FBMP too. I had 1 customer that insufficiently paid less money for buying my CD’s. What a cheapskate. I also ended up in FB prison which was a hassle. Even them improvising videos & memes for entertainment on Tik Tok or FB is just sickening. Screw FB & screw Zuckerberg.

Pure indoctrination of our children to…

Pure indoctrination of our children to eventually normalize s^x with young people. Map minor attracted people coming soon courtesy of the lg''q community. Where does it say minor attracted to grown @$$ men? They fact check they remove you to the lower feed and shadow ban you for speaking a truth yet you report a ped@ account or animal's being abused or someone being stabbed which I've seen and your told to block them they aren't breaking any rules. Zuckerberg said in court fact checkers are just students with opinions !!He was also called out for allowing ped@ sites and allowing grown men to visit them. He's excuse was disgusting saying " we give people the choice to choose before they visit the site's but stumbled when asked why he doesn't remove them. He's a pervert like the rest of the elite running our world and the agenda is clear. Normalize sex with children. Confusing them to think they are gay or trans at 7 years old. Wake up world and don't say you wasn't warned.

My account has been hacked

My account has been hacked, all of my log in details have been changed. When I try to log in with an old password it says account has been disabled due to a linked instagram account I have never heard of. I appealed and sent in a selfie, rejected. No customer service, no one to talk to. Tried to open a new account and it rejected that too. Looks like I am done with Facebook but to be honest it’s become a joke anyway, saturated with scammers and the user experience is dire.
