I got restrict many times after I got false report. I feel Facebook treat me not very fair. I do not break any rule. So I notice FB does not very careful with review videos and post. And do not check what's date is. FB tends to believe in lairs rather than see evidence. I feel so confused and want to know why why. I noticed FB keep add 24 hours and 2 days. I am not very happy with FB. So watch out for false report. If you sent support message. they will NOT reply back to you. It is not freedom of speech.

After a very bad experience with a private sale falling through, I contacted Irlams to sell my house. From day one of contacting them I wish I had gone down this route at the beginning when I decided to sell. Tim, Declan and all the team have been exceptional having done everything to take away all the stress of selling my house. I can't thank them enough for the way they handled my sale keeping me up to date with everything, always responsive to any queries I had. Thank you to you all I am now getting settled into the place I thought I had lost but with your help, guidance, knowledge and professionalism I am now in my dream home. No way to recover hacked account

Facebook account recovery is a joke. Endless loops and nothing works. I have all the evidence to recover an account but can’t do anything with them. The moment I try to “secure my account “ or create a new password it just loops back or doesn’t work. The most frustrating thing is that there is not a single form or an email address where you can escalate these matters that can cause really harmful consequences for the hacked account and for all people who are “friends” with said account. Disgraceful

They need to stop locking people out of their accounts for no reason !!! I was looking at cars on fb and I got locked out !!!! This is rediculous ??? Did nothing wrong !!! I am sick of fb as they are taking into their own hands that all people are doing wrong !!!! But whay about the scammers on fb do they get thier account locked ? No!!! Innocent people do !! Maybe if I paid fb to scam like the scammers do then I wouldn’t get locked out!!! I will no longer go on fb !!! It’s not worth being treated like a criminal when I the victim !!! They like the scammmers they can go f&$!?$&themselves it’s not worth the stress !!! I don’t care how many people are on here but I won’t put up with it !! Facebook won't delete my dead sisters account it's hurting me so much

I have begged for help several times to get my account sorted out , I keep getting posts in Italian even thought it's set for English. I have left posts on their Facebook page, in their help section, twitter page but still no reply but what hurts the most when my sister died over 5 years ago I tried to delete her account but it wouldn't let me. I couldn't find no where to report a death. Every time her name comes up with her photo I cry my eyes out we were super close being her carer for 25 years . It's like stabbing me in the heart when it happens but Facebook won't delete her account they are hurting me so much I am really depressed

1. They steal money from me. They told me to pay the money of the hackers to open my account and they will refund me. After one year, I was losing too much effort and money to get refunce they end up that they won't refund me. I have the documents from them.2. On my friend was charged much more money than what she invested on fv ads.3. The blocked me 3 times in one year4. They disabled my account permantly without justify itSearching to find solutions I discovered that thousands of people experiencing huge issues with Facebook. What a joke of a site.

Asking for email or mobile then next page asking for the other so you have to give both along with a selfie. To prove who you are. A selfie proves NOTHING unless the selfie is a given shape or note to include in the selfie. This is just a way that Facebook can try and control everyone in a scamming sense and affect everyone's mental health. The government should be looking innto all social media websites and putting out serious fines for improper conduct by these manipulative adults who are going to ruin the children of the world and therefore bring lots of destruction and lots and lots more senseless killings across school, colleges, university campuses. Despite this, Facebook still charges for these hits.Competitors do this to eliminate competition, and Facebook (Meta) does nothing about it even though they are aware of the issue.If you want to reach Facebook (Meta) for support, forget it. It is extremely difficult to get in touch with them, and many help articles are not useful, often leading you in circles.We just want support and for something to be done about the bots.

New account created, instant ban and no way to resolve

Account verification is not fit for purpose and AI / inability to talk to a human/email to resolve this is just ridiculous.I created a personal account in order to create a business page for the company I am the operating / digital marketing director for, I created a business page and before I had done anything else my FB account was disabled and business page restricted.I had broken no terms or policies and previously only used other forms of social media. I appealed and it asked for a selfie, I supplied and it was banned forever with no recourse. How can they verify my image and name of the personal profile is genuine, if they don't have my I.D? It's ridiculous they do not provide you the ability to upload your I.D against your personal name to verify and prove the account is genuine and you're a real person. This is a case of where AI is just ban happy and gets rid of legitimate accounts and then you have no way to rectify the issue as it's all dealing with robots. If this is how Facebook works these days, I can see why they are a dying platform.

FB account deleted, but my MP posts are still there

Presumably there are millions of people who enjoy having a FB account, but I am not one of them. A couple of weeks ago FB deleted my FB account, without explanation, and in my opinion without justification. To date FB has not responded to any of the several emails that sent to various FB email links including: appeals, support, or service. It appears that my issue is not unique and is essentially normal. Bad enough that my FM account was deleted, but even worse is that my MP listings are still there, thus punishing both me and account holders that FB apparently likes. So if a FB account holder responds to one of several of my still existing MP posts, they will never know that their response had gone into cyberspace, and neither will I, thus punishing both me (the apparent guilty party) and account holder that FB likes. 15,000 FB employees reporting to a single algorithm? Hopefully not.

Most Unsecured, Dumbest Time Wasting Platform

I have never encountered a more unsecured and frustrating platform than Facebook. Despite having two-factor authentication enabled, someone still managed to hack my account. To make matters worse, Facebook removed my account without any valid reason. When I tried to appeal this decision, they rejected my appeal and permanently deleted my account.The entire process was incredibly frustrating and time-consuming. It's clear that Facebook doesn't prioritize user security or provide adequate support for account recovery. I highly advise against using this third-class app, it's a complete waste of time and not worth the risk. Stay away from Facebook if you value your security and peace of mind.For so many years their system did not even know which one is a hacker and which one is a real person trying to get back his account. I have provided my IDs and other information but no luck. I did not even use the Facebook app on my phone, because its a time wastingBut I am a digital marketer and I have so many business pages to manage in this account and run ads but now see all the pages gone.I want to give you minus feedback but there is no option here so I have to give one star but you guys didn't deserve this too.And I am sure one day this company will be wiped from the world because of their third-class services and no contact support.

My Facebook got suspended because someone connected a Thai Instagram account to it and posted things that got my account locked, and there's no way for me to get in touch with support because it requires me to log in to the Instagram account (that isn't even mine) to submit an appeal. I've sent emails to all kinds of Facebook related adresses hoping for someone to be able to help, but to no avail. All my memories for the past 10+ years are just gone.

While well-intentioned, Facebook's recent data protection steps have resulted in a frustrating user experience that leaves much to be desired. The constant requirement for two-factor authentication (2FA) PIN entry upon every login across all devices, even when accessing from a trusted home network, is a significant inconvenience. This excessive security measure disrupts the user flow and adds unnecessary friction to the login process.Moreover, the chat's end-to-end encryption feature is poorly implemented, requiring a separate PIN that is different from the 2FA PIN. This confusing design choice led to me being locked out of my account after entering one of my generated PINs for standard access. The lack of clarity and consistency in PIN usage is a significant oversight on Facebook's part.Ultimately, Facebook Messenger offers no unique features compared to other popular chat apps like Telegram and WhatsApp. Given the frustrating user experience caused by these poorly designed data protection measures, I have decided to switch to alternative platforms that provide a seamless and user-friendly experience while still ensuring the security of my data.Facebook must streamline its data protection processes and prioritize user experience to retain its user base in the face of growing competition. Until then, I bid farewell to Facebook Messenger and embrace more user-centric chat applications.

F-ck Facebook. I have never once had a motherf-cking seemless easy login with this app. Every f-cking time I log in it takes 20 minuets to reset the password 3 times because the other 2 didnt work (also noted i use a password manger so no i didnt forget it). Then it makes me veryify with another device or some b-llshit that either im on or just doesnt work. F-ck facebook never used without 20 issues and will not be ever using again.

Shameful platform they dont respect peoples rights

Disgraceful platform.I am currently facing harassment from an old man who was preying on me and who managed to steal my photos from my smartphone. This person has created explicit and offensive photo montages using my pictures and has shared them on various social media platforms, including Facebook. Despite reporting this violation of privacy and providing evidence of the seven videos created by this individual, the platform claims that the content does not breach their privacy rules. It is deeply concerning that my photos, full legal name, and location are being exposed, along with defamatory statements made by this individual. Facebook's indifference to this matter is alarming, especially when local laws clearly state that such actions are criminal and punishable by imprisonment and fines. It appears that Facebook prioritizes protecting criminals rather than their users. Consequently, I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action against this platform for their complicity in enabling this mentally disturbed individual. What makes this situation even more distressing is the fact that I do not even have a Facebook profile. Therefore, it is utterly unacceptable that someone who is not me can freely use my photos and share my personal information without my consent, while Facebook turns a blind eye to such behavior. This is truly disgusting.
