Trying to list a compound bow sight on…

Trying to list a compound bow sight on marketplace but keep getting message it goes against their rules on selling weapons , strange when a sight is classed as a weapon but bows and arrows are not , every appeal I have lodged gets ignored and threatened with being banned from marketplace if I continue to try and list it . I've typed in bows and arrows on marketplace and their are loads of them being sold but for some reason it's just MY sight that is deadly dangerous and not the bows and arrows that they have allowed to be listed .

I don't recommend anyone to ever start…

I don't recommend anyone to ever start a business that relies on Facebook. They prompt you to use it for your business and then destroy you. Your account will be locked because AI found a photo that they deemed sexually explicit but in real life it's just a normal photo with nothing explicit about it. Then they block your account and your messenger for days for sending an adult solicitation while you just sent a link to your website to a potential customer. They don't just stop you from posting, no, they stop you from replying to potential customers in your own group and messenger. Facebook needs to be taken to court for the damage they cause, not only to businesses but also with the censorship that they employ which they believe is the right thing but then years later it turns out they were wrong. Their decisions cost lives. The funny thing is, they can't even stop REAL spammers from doing damage, you report a clear spam account and in return, they'll block your account. I have a programming background and can easily see the patterns of spammers, but hey, these billion-dollar companies can't. Today, I was writing something for an important event, as I am nearly finished after writing for 30 minutes, a pop-up appears "Your account has been restricted for 2 days", for a school photo I posted many years ago and they deemed child porn. It's a plain school photo.I say again, do not start a business on Facebook, do not store your photos and videos on Facebook as they will shut you down for no good reason and there is no one to talk to. If I have to list the companies I truly despise for the mismanagement that causes loss of money, loss of life and frustrates the heck out of you, then FB is definately in the top 5.

Facebook Terrible appalling Customer Service…

Terrible appalling Customer Service (non-existent whatsoever). When you are a real person with an issue is impossible to get a solution ( I have been about a year trying to). If you want to keep using the service, you need to delete your account and create a new profile. (that is the solution). In my case, they blocked my advertisement for 1 ad they considered didn't meet the rules. Even after paying for the verified feature, I couldn't get a solution. So, this priority customer service for paid profiles is a tremendous LIE...

I am Free now

I've been a Facebook user since 2005 and found it useful until recently. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant loss of nearly $1500 due to unauthorized use of my account for ads. Despite reporting the issue and providing all necessary documentation over two months ago, Facebook's support team has been unhelpful, only sending automated responses claiming they're looking into it. Meanwhile, my business page continues to be compromised and renamed without resolution. The support team's communication has been extremely frustrating; they ask for documents one by one instead of requesting everything at once in a single email. For instance, they've asked for screenshots, bank statements, licenses, and other files, then requested that I convert them to PDFs. This might be feasible for me, but what about other small businesses who can't easily do this. And in the next email, they asked me to combine all these PDFs into one PDF file because their support team couldn’t do so. Really? These instructions feel completely out of touch with what one might expect from a modern tech company like FB/Meta. Then they asked me to combine everything on a letterhead. Then there was more back on forth on the format of the letterhead. After I successfully complied with all these peculiar requirements, there was radio silence for almost 3 weeks. When I checked again with them, they requested three time slots for a call, and I provided five, only to receive an unexpected call outside of the agreed times, which I missed as it was marked as spam. The email response claimed the agent wasn't available during the times I provided, which begs the question: why ask for specific slots if they won't be honored? In protest, I've decided to permanently delete my personal account. While I understand this may not affect Facebook's large empire, it's my way of taking a stand against their inadequate support and security measures. To verify this is not spam, any FB executive can check 'Hacked asset | Case: 629563949390639,' submitted on May 9, along with all the string of emails and required documentation, which has unfortunately gone unaddressed

Unworkable and Totally Incompetent Security Measures

Having been locked out of my Facebook account when I updated my laptop, I thought it would be a simple matter of just logging in again. I visited the log in page, entered my details and received a code, which I duly entered. I then discover that their two part security has my old phone number on it, a number now completely obsolete, and they expect to use this to verify my identity. I changed my number months ago, and updated it across all my social media, including Facebook, however, Facebook has a thing for stubbornly trying to use outdated numbers for verification purposes, when the sensible thing would be to use the updated one. Uploading your passport and answering from a registered email address is not enough for these people. Even then, you still have to pass the obsolete phone number test, which is of course, impossible. Explaining all this to them is also impossible, because they offer no means of normal communication for some reason - no helpline, no chatline, nothing, just the odd email that (you guessed it) cannot be replied to.

Beware. You are going to get hacked or you’re going to get exposed in one way shape or form, your information, everything

If I have to every single day of my life until the day, I die right a bad review about Facebook I will. Until they change their parameters (or whatever algorithms ) and stop letting these fake profiles, ruin people and take peoples money in the name of corporate profits just so Wall Street can acknowledge them as being important so they can make more money, then I will stop . But until then, I’m going to expose these corporate profits for what they are. To take away from you the consumer. That are everything to them. To make them more money than you can ever count in 1 million lifetimes. At the price of your wallet .The only reason my profiles on there is so I can get on their dating app otherwise I would yank both my profiles off right now I swear to God I would. And the day I get off a fixed disabled income will be the day I get off their site because I despise it.

Facebook won't help you

Had a hacking issue, someone tried to hack me. Used the proper procedure to stop it.Ended up with me having trouble logging back into my account even though I've tried everything to get back into it. So I've given up. When I try to get in contact it's just a bot but it's not the bots fault it's the fault of the programmer! I would love to just speak to someone to reinstate my profile or just delete it all together because I don't like the fact that my personal details are on the website and I can't do anything about it! Hope people read and see this but I was a victim of a scam and nearly got hacked but this doesn't help.

It's not Facebook it's Facescam

I agree with most of these people! So many fake unvetted scammers! And here's the clue how to find out first of all do a reverse image search and you'll find out that they're ripping off pictures off the internet which is pretty easy to find! Then ask them for a video chat because there's no way to fake that and that's when they disappear I called out 70 fake accounts before I give up on Facebook dating! It's a total bullsh😡t psych job

I have worked with Irlams on buying and selling property and renting as a landlord. I have found them very personable to your needs and very responsive. They are also proactive in working with you on what might suit your needs even if you are not in the market at the time. I love the way they share case files meaning at any one time a member of the team can move things forward even if the lead is out of the office. They are all involved and get to know your property well so they can represent it as if it were you doing the job yourself. Excellent service and great value.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

My account was hacked and money stolen

Facebook / Meta notified me of my account being hacked, email stated that my account was on hold until I could answer my security questions. Despite this, fraudulent transactions / charges were permitted to be made on my advertising account. I have been reaching out to them every single day, multiple times daily for the last 10 days and all that you get is stock standard, most likely AI responses. Look, I understand that Facebook cannot possibly talk to every single person who has a small problem. But this is a serious violation of my privacy and a shocking display of security. Some of the responses I have received state "Since we cannot see any suspicious activity on your account, we can not help you further" (YOU NOTIFIED ME OF MY ACCOUNT BEING HACKED) "Your account appears to be active, please explain the issue further" (I HAVE EXPLAINED IT IN GREAT DETAIL IN EVERY SINGLE MESSAGE) and so it goes. My account was hacked and money stolen from me. I see online after looking around on Google that I most likely won't win, but I honestly refuse to accept that.

Facebook sent me an email saying the…

Facebook sent me an email saying the email address on my account was changed from somewhere in Asia so I became concerned and used another device to log in to my facebook just in case mine was compromised and I confirmed that I was logged out of my account and my email was indeed removed based on what I saw at the time and then I recovered my account and changed the password and email and notified facebook that I did not authorise this and then they decided to lock me out of my own account saying that the email removal was authorised by me from my own account and that I have to verify using my country issued ID, fast forward a few months later I submit my ID and I regain access to my account only to find 2 accounts in my name, one with my profile pic and a blank one and everytime I try to log in to the one I recognise it takes me to the other one each time. So I've decided to deactivate my account and cut my losses. I really this doesn't happen to anyone else because I lost a lot of data during this circus act. And I realised that it was just Facebook playing with my data and now they've deleted it and will admit that. I have a lot of words I'd love to use but out of respect for this platform I will not and as for Facebook. I think its best to use dummy accounts for business sake, that don't contain your real data because they will not take good care of it at all.

My Facebook personal account has been…

My Facebook personal account has been disabled because they said my linked instagram account violated their policies. It is NOT my instagram account and doesn't even appear to be a valid account on instagram. Spent hours going round in circles getting nowhere. It said to login to the instagram account to appeal. How are you supposed to do that? I suspect i've been hacked, ZERO support from Facebook to get this resolved. Can anyone from Facebook tell me HOW to communicate with them to get the fake instagram account removed and my personal facebook account, which i've had for 12 years!!!! restored? I will happily remove this review if somebody can help me!!!!!!

Get your act together facebook

Facebook has got extremely boring with so many ads even when you report it to them instead of them doing something about it they send you even more ads. So much for them caring about your privacy. When they say you won't see these ads again 12 hrs later you get double what you had before. You also say something as a joke with lol or lmao they block you for 30 days. But people get away with so much more than what you said. I HATE FACEBOOK NOW with a passion. Most of my contacts don't see my posts. Disgraceful disgusting

Facebook employ the cheap moderators…

Facebook employ the cheap moderators from the third world countries, who have their religius, political, cultural views that don't apply to democratic western world. Those moderators keep putting the restrictions on a freedom of speech to some of us, while they allow the posts and comments to their so called ''enemies'' and no matter how terrifying those are - they are allowed as it appeals to moderators.....This is like dealing with Nazi - you can't speak the truth if they don't allow it...
