TrustpilotFacebook's Unjust Practices: A Platform in Decline
I am extremely disappointed with Facebook and its handling of accounts. They shut down accounts without providing any clear explanation or response, leaving users in the dark. My account has been restricted numerous times simply for posting or commenting, often without any valid reason. The Facebook system is a complete mess and far from what it used to be. I demand the resignation of everyone involved who can't do their job properly. It's frustrating and unfair to loyal users who just want to engage with their friends and communities. This platform has seriously gone downhill.

TrustpilotDangerous
Okay. I've just had my actual genuine facebook account suspended. For..... reporting a profile over a period of 3 months for using photos of me swiped from a dating app. And guess what. That profile impersonating me is still there. Why hasn't that profile after being reported numerous times over many months not been asked to verify who they are via photo id and video selfie. Like I've had to several times??? It's about time this dangerous site is shut down.Anyone from meta reading this. I tell you. I am now seeking legal advice.

TrustpilotFB "security" is grossly inadequate
It's hard to know where to start in describing the problems with Facebook (FB). My original concern was their obnoxious policy of claiming ownership of all the photos and other content any user posts. For the last several years, FB has become little more than an echo chamber and a platform for spreading disinformation and outright lies ("stolen election," anyone?). But the last straw was their grossly inadequate security policies. After my email was compromised in a large-scale data breach by another large company, someone used it to log in to my FB account. To their credit, FB sent me an alert, and I followed their steps to "secure" my account, including setting up 2-factor authentication (2FA) through my authenticator app. Then, a few days later, I got another alert from FB that someone had accessed my account and changed my password. This should not have been possible, as no one has had access to my phone (the only device that uses my authenticator app), so I can only conclude that there is some major flaw in FB's security, including their implementation of 2FA. I have deleted my FB account, and will never use FB again.

TrustpilotWhat a disgusting platform to justβ¦
What a disgusting platform to just disable someone's account with zero reason, not even an email to say why and with no means of appealing it. All those precious memories and photos/videos forever gone. Karma will reach out to those responsible, I assure you! Just wait and see, you'll pay for this you sad pathetic individuals! I have been on this since it first launched, now the only photo's I have of my grandparents are gone, this isn't good for ones mental health π

TrustpilotI once got marked as a Β«fake profileΒ»
I once got marked as a Β«fake profileΒ». I made a profile so i could keep in touch with a person who was selling me My dog. But i didnβt have pictures or friends so Facebook deleted My profile. Now two years later, a fake profile has been made to impose as My dogs seller. Where she wrote me and asked me to send gift cards through Apple. This was obvious a fake profile, since im still friend with this person, so i reported it. But apperently Facebook meant that this was a mistake of me. Are u having a laugh? This guy tries to scam me, but nah, thats not a fake profile.

TrustpilotAccomplice to Fraud
Absolutely no real support. FB would let usurpers make fake accounts of yours without blocking them, but would block YOU in return when you report them. They will also block you if you report too many of the OBVIOUS scam Advertising they fill on your profile if you report them. They will also block you if you are proving some facts about something they don't want you to know about... No freedom of speach, a place perfect for scammers and hackers as they are treated like kings... FB does not respect his own regulations, compliences and rules. They are actualy "accomplice to fraud" as they accept payment from scammers to Advertise to scam people on their platform. They should be brought to the laws for all those rules they broke themselves while it's imposed to users!

Trustpilotfacebook
ontent (5/5): The post effectively communicates the exciting launch of a new online store, enticing followers with a special discount and inviting them to explore the product offerings. It clearly mentions what the store sells and highlights the unique selling points, which is crucial for generating interest.Engagement (4/5): The post encourages engagement by inviting followers to visit the website and shop, as well as thanking them for their support. Including a call-to-action (CTA) to visit the store and a hashtag strategy (#NewStoreLaunch, #OnlineShopping, etc.) helps in reaching a broader audience interested in similar topics.Visual Appeal (4/5): While the post is text-based, adding a high-quality image of a featured product or the store's logo could enhance visual appeal and attract more attention in a feed dominated by visuals.Clarity and Tone (5/5): The tone is upbeat and enthusiastic, fitting for a celebratory announcement. The language is clear and concise, effectively communicating the main message without unnecessary details.Overall (4.5/5): This is a well-crafted Facebook post that effectively announces the launch of a new online store while engaging followers and encouraging them to take action. Adding a visual element could further improve its impact.Don't share sensitive info. Chats may be reviewed and used to train our models.

TrustpilotFaceless!
The people who run this site hide behind a screen. They are well aware of the scams on this site and fake news, free porn etc but do nothing to stop any of it. Lots of comments on here are angry because they have been scammed. I have been scammed as well but I'm not angry. I feel sad for the planet we live on that so many powerful people on this planet are corrupted. There will come a time when they are all that's left. Will they then be corrupting each other? Why are governments not intervening and stopping these sites from allowing this and do something to protect society in general? One way for change. Contact your m.p. enough people do it change will happen. Using trust pilot alone will do nothing.

TrustpilotI would not trust this company
I would not trust this company. They allow hate speech, but are very selective in banning posts that disagree with their opinions. They have all your information, so privacy is non existent. They target ads based on something you search on a different platform - how they even know it? They completely disrespect your privacy, and there is nobody to talk to if you have a concern or an issue. They can also ban you for absolutely no reason.

TrustpilotThis app and developer needs to beβ¦
This app and developer needs to be removed from all stores and everything. You have so many people scamming others out of hard earned money and Facebook does nothing about it then you get little pitches calling you every name under the sun as well as flagging off genders and everything and they allow it but as soon as you reply back you get banned and restrictions put on your account. So someone can call me everything like gay batty man as well as other names but you call him a melt c*nt and get banned for a month and half. These people are the biggest scum of the earth and I hope all people to do with running facebook gets put in front of a firing squad and shot like they f!cking deserve

TrustpilotDATA RANSOM
The most horrific form of personal identification, despite plenty of proof provided before, involving personal ID and *official documentation* otherwise you cannot access or delete your account/private data! This is the same BS that Twitter pull, hoarding data for ransom and despite their claims to adherence to GRPR and EU reguards, as I already know and many of my colleagues and friends do, BUSINESSES DO NOT ADHERE TO PRIVACY LAWS AND WILL SHARE DATA - therefore, you cannot access your own data, and as such none of it can be recovered and or deleted and they may use it endlessly to share to third parties (again, despite what they say). This is an absolute disgrace.

TrustpilotFacebook don't care
My Facebook & Yahoo account (which was linked to my Facebook account by my email) and I reported it to FB which they put a block on, that was great, but since then, nothing. The hacker, FB found to be Nigerian has put up a 2-factor authentication code on my accounts locking me out. I even have a selfie as my profile picture and because I'm not American, they will not accept my photo ID or birth certificate. I have had a FB account since 2009, 15 years of memories, photos, friends; all gone, and Facebook don't care about their users like they say they do. No customer service, a hacker has my profile, and I get stuff all help from FB. So far, there is no justice for the people who have their accounts hacked, and I've paid a lot of money to IT companies to help me, but FB won't care about that either. I have lost all respect for FB, totally disgusted and disappointed.

TrustpilotPlatform for scam advertisers
Facebook allows fake companies to scam consumers and has no interest in preventing this from happening. I was ripped off - along with many - by a company Smoothtone UK claiming to be London based. The advert is not only grossly misleading but sends out dodgy products from China and cuts off communication on receipt of goods. Its advert doctors reviews and instantly removes negative feedback. Yet the Facebook bots reject any report claiming it does βnot breach community standardsβ. If the hundreds of people being scammed could actually raise a complaint with a human, it might realise the harm being done. But clearly revenue from sponsors outweighs legitimate consumer concerns. Shame on you Facebook.

TrustpilotFacebook/Instagram/Meta
In the past year I was hacked two times on FB. The first time they got directly into my FB account, were able to sign in & out for over a year! FB did nothing, no response, nada! I had my personal email & PayPal from a donation I made on FB three years prior, they would not take this down, fur a year I asked them to take this down! Then in the past month I had linked my I Seagram account with my long-standing FB account, big mistake, do not do it!! I set up two businesses between FB & Instagram, my main source of promotion, marketing, contacts. I ended up getting hacked through my Instagram business account, I was messaged by two fake profiles, I realized and reported these profiles, deleted my Instagram business account & deleted my FB account linked to Instagram account. Apparently FB/Meta/Instagram dies whatever it wants! Even after deleting these accounts, reporting the fake profiles & scammers, the following day they deleted all my Facebook & Instagram accounts, I appealed, there was no way to contact anyone at Facebook, meta or Instagram! I filed with the FTC, there is a current lawsuit to break up this unethical, immoral, illegal Entity: Facebook, Meta, Instagram! As well as the $50 billion dollar payout fur illegally using member accounts FB personal information! I reported the disabling of my accounts, unwarranted & unjustified to my states attorney general division of consumer affairs, hopefully I will get some justice here! Thousands & thousands of people have been disabled, hacked, subjected to bike, hate, pornographic, mysoginistic posts. Yet FB, Meta, Instagram allows horrible, unethical, immoral & illegal content! They have taken 20 years of personal professional content without warning or justification, all gone!! FB, Meta, Instagram needs to be dismantled and they need to be stopped for all these untoward issues!

TrustpilotFacebook needs criminal investigationβ¦
Facebook needs criminal investigation brought against it!The dark net is a safer and cleaner place than facebook, I have reported women offering sex, I have reported adverts for UK driving licenses, I have reported women for flashing their private parts, and always get a message back saying it doesn't go against their guidelines!! Facebook promotes porn, scammers, and child nudity!!! They should be prosecuted and the app shutdown!!!!! Unbelievable how its allowed to continue, just look at all these reviews saying that same thing!!!!!!
