These absolute scummy dirtbags and thats being generous out these absolute vile scum allow you to get scammed they allow your accounts to be stolen and they allow people to impersonate you and they do nothing about it but as soon as you speak up about it they ban your account. I hope the people who run this all dies miserable and the most painful deaths because these scummy c!nts are ruining peoples lives or images. They allow you to be spammed with account after account and no matter how much you block them or whatever another is made to either scam spam or just harass you and they do f!ck all about it so I hope they all get whats coming to them I hope elon buys this company and fires everyone for negligence and hopefully that's only the beginning I hope they all get beaten robbed and treated like a dirty slave till put to an end like they deserve the dirtiest scummiest pieces of sh!t going

I am encouraged with this link that has worked for me a number of times. However, I was locked out again, but was able to get things going again. An encouraging sign. Impossible to reach

Impossible to reach, if you manage to reach someone, it is like talking to a bot, most of the representatives cannot help, i have had multiple issues either with my personal account or a business account and everytime you have to explain everything from the beggining, and if they cant solve your problem , then it is not their problem. I had an issue where i couldnt log in to my account from the pc, only from my mobile app, and they kept insisting that everything is ok from their side. Non existent customer experience, classic case of monopoly where they have the power not to care, because there arent a lot of other options. Should be fined

Awful company

Facebook started off ok however it is now just a cesspit of unsocial media.My timeline is flooded with violent videos, little girls peeling their pants off or flashing their pubic areas racist posts and everything else that isnt nice or any interest at all to me.I keep getting restrictions when I comment against it or ignored when I clearly select that I dont want to see these videos.Facebook needs to go and something else more suitable put in place

Support is NONE existent!

Had a group of 30000 sellers taken down due to allowing all ads as copyright was breached by some sellers.. built in assistant not a lot of use can't go directly to the listing from market place messages without trudging through FB app (used to be able to) can't trust other admins so basically a 'PITA' to use..! my selling site is now over 32000 with 200+ ads and 10 requests a day and I have to monitor everyone and everything.. impossible to manage!

Terrible Facebook Marketplace Experience

I was recently involved in an attempted scam when I was trying to sell something on FB marketplace. Luckily right at the eleventh hour I realised what was happening and managed to get out of it. I immediately tried to get help from FB support but there was no ‘real’ help available. It took me to a suggestion on things I could do (which weren’t an option anyway as I’d already been blocked by the scammer) and offered no help or support whatsoever. Terrible experience!

Breeds ignorance like rabies

Sites like Facebook started due to the engagement it offered the vast majority of service users . The deal was you got to sign up and engage with people and things that interested you . Comments and opinions were allowed a greater degree of free expression. As recently as 2020 I found my comments were visible and you were able to engage with others users freely over a number of topics. However big media interest has taken over and face book is dying full of spam accounts spamming all timelines with posts that are only meant to be reacted to in a way that pleases the Troll Spammer which includes the gutter press of the world. Usually it will be some hate piece of Meghan or photo shamming somone for not recognising some old celebrity . A lot of posts are written in the worst kind of pigeon English you can find . By bogus users from some second or third world location, pretending to be all up on British or American culture , calling them out on their errors also comes with a sneaky shadow ban . The comments sections of every other post appears to be filled with bots directed by the media organisation itself or scam sales posts which have no relevance to the subject . All of which drives to make facebook a boring place where the only thing you can gurentee is that you will be spammed with click bait you can no longer bite into with a free comment. I gave up having a proper face book account years ago so glad I did . As it has become a haven for lsociopaths and narcissists of the lowest intelligence most of whom work for Face book.

Account hacked but no support?

Last night my Facebook account was hacked from someone in Nigeria? Since then they have opened 3 bogus accounts in my name. I have failed to get ANY support from Facebook, it’s like knitting with fog, impossible. Meanwhile this hacker has run rough shod over me and tried to access my friends, sending them dodgy messages. I can’t delete the accounts because I can’t get any response from the supposed ‘help and support’ department?I see from all the one star reviews that I am not alone with my frustration. How Is this company allowed to continue to trade. Complete shambles.

Just locked out without specific reason, due to unusual activity apparently. My first negative experience with Facebook (apart from all the Scams and other ****, but I have only just recently been using it as a full-time app. Just for fun. But it is not fun now, as I have now wasted a lot of time uploading and making fake friends, etc. My first bitter taste of an extremely evasive help and support Centre. What a load of dribble. Unless you can log in again, there is virtually nothing you can do to delete the account except waiting and seeing what happens with the obscure email addresses: support@fb, appeals and disabled@fb? Given the content being show on the App, it is a bit hypocritical to be locking people out if it is connected to the Terms and Conditions regarding and online behavior. But I will just have to wait and see, and that in itself is frustrating. I thought this was a more freedom of expression App. Time will tell.

I was receiving racist and religious hatred from an individual and I reported it but their message was allowed to stay but as soon as I replied and criticise him in a non violent way I get my comment taken down. You’re allowed to abuse any religion on Facebook apart from one. Judaism. You say anything about Israel that doesn’t reflect it in a good light but it’s true, you will get banned by Facebook owner who has deep connections with Israel. The amount of scam ads on here is unbelievable. I clicked on an ad which showed as a Trusted site but which is a complete scam. I have lost my money and nowhere that I can see to report the scampany. I should have known better - I hold my hands up. In future I will never buy anything from any site appearing via FB. If we all take this view then legitimate sellers will hopefully be able to force FB to put their house in order and stop these complete sheisters stealing our hard earned cash.

È un giro “vizioso” è come un cane che si morde la coda, sono messaggi preimpostati, se hai un problema al di fuori dello schema sei fregato, non riuscirai mai a venirne fuori. Tutto perché non c’è una persona REALE che si prende in carico il problema e lo porta avanti. È dal 5 febbraio (oggi è il 13 febbraio) che gli mando messaggi e foto in allegato in tutti i link che mi mandano, ma, essendo come detto risposte impostate e nessuno legge realmente, come detto se hai un problema al di fuori dello schema sei fregato, non riuscirai mai a venirne fuori. Gli ho spiegato ormai decine di volte, che il giorno 9 MARZO 2023 hanno hackerato il mio profilo di YouTube. Successivamente hanno hackerato quello di Google e poi, il giorno 17 MARZO 2023 hanno hackerato IL MIO PROFILO DI FACEBOOK. Nell’account del profilo inserzioni risulta un pagamento insoluto di una o più inserzioni per un totale di euro 66,24 fatto da chi mi ha hackerato il profilo il giorno 17 MARZO 2023. Gli ho spiegato che questo importo è da eliminare, resettare, perché blocca il mio account, gli ho spiegato 100 volte che la mia ultima inserzione risale a giorno 10 Dicembre 2020. Gli ho mandato allegati dove possono verificare, compresa la denuncia fatta ai Carabinieri il giorno 24 Marzo 2023. Dare assistenza, significa comunicare con una persona che si prende in carico il problema e lo segue personalmente, perché un problema può essere al di fuori degli schemi preimpostati, quindi non si risolverà mai! ----------I hope you never need Facebook assistance, a giant like Facebook that doesn't have serious and real assistance is simply ridiculous. You send a message and it keeps getting canned responses with no results. It's a "vicious" cycle, it's like a dog chasing its tail, they are pre-set messages, if you have a problem outside the scheme you're screwed, you'll never be able to get out of it. All because there is no REAL person who takes charge of the problem and carries it forward. Since February 5th (today is February 13th) I have been sending them messages and photos attached to all the links they send me, but, as said, being set replies and no one really reading, as said if you have a problem outside the scheme You're screwed, you'll never get out of it. I have explained to him dozens of times now that on MARCH 9, 2023 they hacked my YouTube profile. They subsequently hacked Google's and then, on MARCH 17, 2023 they hacked MY FACEBOOK PROFILE. In the advertisement profile account there is an unpaid payment for one or more advertisements for a total of €66.24 made by the person who hacked my profile on 17 MARCH 2023. I explained to him that this amount must be eliminated, reset, because blocks my account, I explained to him 100 times that my last advert dates back to 10 December 2020. I sent them attachments where they can verify, including the report made to the Carabinieri on 24 March 2023. Giving assistance means communicating with a person who takes charge of the problem and follows it personally, because a problem can be outside the preset patterns, so it will never be solved!

Zuckerberg’s FaceBook algorithm is so dumb. I get an advert for women’s shoes which I ignore but then I get hundreds of adds selling woman’s unachieved dreams. The scant dress and ridiculous heels that never got to bed! That makes me regret ignoring the first!FB throws up an add for a fish tank so not wanting a thousand of those I quickly delete and say why, So now my FB MP page is swamped by scant sad women, stabbing stilettos at tanked fish! I don’t have to go to Amsterdam, the circus has come to town!The repetitive unwanted adds feel like a bully ramming home their message, blow by blow… buy it or die! I see numerous FB adds that are obvious scams - if only by the test: Something worth 10 being sold for 2, ... is obviously a fake! Especially when it’s the same photo in other personal ads. They ask for up-front payment for goods they will forward later....??? When I report, FB's staff do not see a problem in such adverts. Everyone else seems to but not FB.

Well my experience with face book was unbearable as they disabled my account on me but let another person take over my account while I was trying to get back into my account as then after trying my best to get it back i got this back that they disabled it because they thought that i was a child under the age of 5 like really if I was 5 years old you think that I would be waiting my youth social media no I wouldn't be so I had another account open and it was under my name and my nickname from a game that i play so this one got hacked into but there was this woman that i knew from the game her account got hacked into but she got her account back so that made me mad and to so that is 2accounts that they have gave away as my first one had my information on there so it was a good thing that i got bank card change d but I was getting billed for things that i didn't authorized for as i have tried a few thousand times to get ahold of fb customers care to tell them what is going on but I have not got a response back from theme as of 2019 i got a message from mr zuckerburg stating that i have won $500,000.00 so if i wanted that money is that i had to buy them a $200 apple gift card which i had bought them $250 apple gift card and next thing you know the people that was suppose to deliver the they are from fedex they got into a accident and they wanted me to pay for their hospital bills so then right then and there i caught on but later i looked up face book and saw that there were a lot of Caroline Bernard across Canada and the states so they got the wrong Caroline Bernard but all I want is my money back for the gift card that i had purchased for them as i also had pictures of these gift cards on a old computer and now i think that i have them downloaded on to a fast drive too but who knows but yeah I would like to hold mr. zuckerburg responsible for these people action even do they say that he was not involved but it is his company and whomever played this awful prank on me should apolagize and refund my money back to me but knowing that I won't see that but yeah they have this websites like creatmy bag and all those online markets like why can't anybody be honest and stop scamming people just like the games they have on fb they say that they are free but none of them are free or fair but yeah back to my fb accounts one of my accounts i had 876 friends now it looks like the person that face book let keep deleted most of my friends and the other account this person tried to ask my brother for money but the person didn't succeed but yeah my main fb account had my mother's last picture's in it as due to trying to sign into game and the money I made purchase for the games are shot all because fb just keeps on letting people in to hack into other people account and i have been trying my hardest to get back into my accounts i just need to know if they can transfer all of my information from that account to my new one and that i can use my email address that had with my fb account with my new account instead of my phone number

When I now try to login to Facebook, I am asked to click on a mobile number to receive a code! WHAT? I had 3 business accounts hacked, 5 days later zero progress or customer service!

On Monday night my personal Facebook and email were hacked, which gave the hackers admin control over 3 different business accounts!I immediately flagged this to Facebook by every method possible, business help support tickets, email, every phone number I could lay my hands on. I’ve worked full time on this for a week because the risk to my businesses is huge.3 days later, of course, a hacker used my ad accounts to run an advert for an RC Drone at £5100 budget per day. Apparently facebooks automatic checks thought this was totally normal behaviour and let it happen. Only the frozen business cards stopped the spend, when they couldn’t take the huge debits they wanted.5 days in and I’m no closer to getting control of even one business, let alone the three I have to manage. Support have been non existent, they’ve closed tickets because of ‘lack of evidence’ and silly reasons (not answering messenger within 1 minute).This company are an absolute joke - how they can expect businesses to use them is now beyond me. Scams and issues everywhere, and it’s no surprise with this kind of business support. I’ll battle with them until I get my accounts back but we are going to have to take our marketing budgets to google.
