FacebookThe staff treat you as a friend not a client, constantly updating and communicating with you. Excellent service and a fair fee. We have been totally impressed with how they handled my elderly parents house sale and I thank all at Xact for making it as stress free as it can be especially in the middle of a pandemic.

GoogleThe sale of my late parents' house was quite a saga which involved several members of Xact staff, but Lily Brown handled the sale perfectly once original buyers pulled out. This involved several changes of sale price, and lots of negotiating with an overseas buyer that required explanation of UK practices and expectations.

GoogleI lived at this property for only 12 months when I moved out they tried to charge me £180 for cleaning costs claiming the house wasn’t clean and cob webs in every room, luckily I took photos of the property the day I left and provided evidence to the DPS. I’m glad I had the DPS look into this and Refund most of the money Xact tried taking from me. Also I left a flood light in the Garage by mistake I arranged to retrieve the light back but by the time I went to get the light, the light had been stolen, Agents and the landlord were the only people to enter the property since I had left. Xact denied any wrong doing and claimed I had some how entered the property myself. They made no attempt to solve this matter which was basically theft so details have now been passed to the police. Also I reported a few issues within the property which never got attempted to be resolved within the 12 months I was there. Total shambles of a company so please if you go with them please take photos of the day you move in and the day you move out because this company will try to take money off you.

FacebookAll staff extremely helpful and have been particularly helpful during this worrying time for all. I was quite panicked and stressed about my remortgage. Within a couple of hours of sending an email I had a call from Colin Jones & Steve Froggatt to put my mind and ease and sort a few things out. Colin has also worked around me throughout, often calling later at night in his own personal time. Highly recommend.
