GoogleBe aware this company is real scammer. They took away Β£950 holding deposit no refund. Awful and disgusting business.
Hi Ms Gu, I can see you tried to rent a property through us in June 2018, not this year and you were informed at the time that a holding deposit is non-refundable if you fail tenant referencing or present fake ID or a fake passport. This is standard UK practice (by law) which is in place to protect tenants and landlords. Kr, Emily Taylor, B&R
