Sleaford Branch. Joanne Leadbitter... She showed us around the property using good coronavirus safety precautions and was very helpful and courteous. She kept in touch. Unfortunately we didn't proceed with the rental but would approach Joanne again if looking to rent.

Been completely scammed out of 210 pound upfront fee they pushed me to pay. First time I have ever felt tricked. Kicking myself I could be so silly. They lied and hid the small print. Going through complaints doesn't help. AVOID! HOLT BRANCH NOFOLK!

Do not go there. Harlow, Essex especially. Horrendous experience. In a nutshell cost us £12, 000 commission for doing absolutely nothing while another agent sold our house, leeches, money, money. Read the mouse print, and go with multiple agents instead of sole agency with these cowboys.

The St Albans branch were quick to take £200 off us for an EPC check which we had done already, but they insisted another one had to be done by them. After he walked out the door we were effectively forgotten. Zero effort and zero customer service.

Bidding on a house and was pushed for more and more money. Caught the estate agent out in a lie and just had a bad feeling so decided to walk away from the house due to their handling of the house sale.

Have tried to view a house for sale which they are handling. No call backs, no viewings, whole thing now sounds very suspicious and my guess is that they have a "favoured" buyer, i wonder why. . . We've given up trying to view the property.
