GoogleSmart manage my property initially helped me with a issue with the legislations for free. Wonderful team, They are now managing all of my properties and it’s stress free & communication is so easy. Been dealing with them for over 1 year now. Would highly recommend these guys!

I tried to sell our house through william h brown . They over valued and sent us viewers that had not even put there own house on the market and had no money to proceed. After selling through another agent I am finding them very unhelpful by not even allowing me to view houses on their books.

Renting with WHbrown/sequence, whatever the relation is there. Such little communication. Job turnover is ridiculous, there have been 4 different property managers in a year, no handover apparently and poor communication with our land lady. Pathetic. I can't believe they are being paid to "manage" the property. Avoid them.

One of the worst letting experiences I have ever had. Took over 8 months to finalize a move in date despite paying a deposit very early on. Terrible customer service, with a complete inability to communicate effectively. We were bounced between 5 different letting agents. Would never use W H brown Norwich again.

I am not surprised to find so many negative reviews. Their customer services is appalling, they say they will call you back and never do. If you not going to use their mortgage advisor services then don't even bother booking any viewings cause you just wasting your time. Very unprofessional staff.

My husband signed without me due to their 'special offer' - what rubbish and how useless they were 4 viewings NO one ever turned up to show house - i re-valued price in line with others then showed/sold it myself but their terms and conditions cover this so fees all stand - AVOID go to professionals instead.

Also spamming me at midnight so my phone kept waking me up with notifications. Extremely poor behavour from an estate agent who wants my business

apart from the fact they cannot list inventory properly so you end up purchasing incorrect fixtures within a property when purchasing a house they also screw you over with money offered by vendors, stay clear of these people they are all about commission, Shocking

I felt the agents were not straightforward and were evasive, slow, patronising, and, I felt, on the verge passive aggressive. I’d advise people to check out this agent’s policies thoroughly and get them in writing if you have proceed with them. I would not recommend them at all.

Not only were they slow to get us viewers, they recommended a solicitor who turned out to be the worst ever in our opinion. The photos they took of our house made it look like Toy Town.

Overpriced liars. Giving false information at the point of sale, which includes lying about prospective buyers queuing at their door for the type of property through to how much the fees are by not clearly including the VAT in the price. Will never ever touch again and wouldn't recommend them on anyone.
