I called into the linthwaite office as I was buying a house in the village with another agent but I didn't find them to be very helpful. I wanted information on surveys, spoke to Leanne and Emma who were really helpful and told me about all the different surveys available. They also suggested a local solicitors and arranged that- as a first time buyer I was feeling confused and they offered great advise.

Would really recommend Ryder and Dutton Colne valley, Leanne who we initially valued our property and was so helpful and obviously has an excellent knowledge of the Colne valley area. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They were prompt to reply to calls and emails. Charlotte was so helpful when discussing viewings and offers on our property. We are so grateful we chose to work with Leanne and her great Team Nichola and James in both the selling of our home and purchase of the new one. From the outset, Leanne offered great insights into the local market and got our house pictured and online in a way that made it a very attractive prospect to potential buyers. Nichola and herself helped us to navigate the buying / selling minefield when moving home and I would add that their recommendation of Levi's solicitors was a great one. It enabled the whole process to work more smoothly than would otherwise have been the case and I'd take time to mention Chanelle from Levi's alongside Leanne, Nichola and James as being outstanding examples of people who go above and beyond to help you sell and buy a home. Even if you think you've found a cheaper option, there will be a reason for this, it's a stressful enough experience moving home, Leanne and Team have helped keep those stress levels to a minimum and at a very reasonable cost. From the first day that Leanne stepped foot in my house, I was impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and experience which was really reassuring.
