I don’t usually leave reviews but I feel the need to share my brilliant experience with the Ryder & Dutton team in Slaithwaite following a busy 2 months. Firstly, I can’t thank the team enough for their professionalism, attention to detail, timely responses and communication. It has been nothing short of superb and has ensured my purchase and sale has passed by smoothly despite some tight timeframes. Secondly, a huge shout out to Leanne, she was a star! We had already made contact in regards to valuing the property but upon informing her that I had an offer accepted on the purchase of a new home, she worked quickly to list mine and gave me all the info I needed. Since then, the sale passed at pace with a huge amount of interest which Laura managed diligently. Very impressed with her communication and over the moon with the sale of my home. Finally, another thank you to the wider office team for their calls and communication regarding viewings. The dashboard was a useful tool and I saw firsthand through a wide demographic of individuals who viewed the property how extensive their database is. Not to be sniffed at in the Colne Valley! Most people say selling and buying is an absolute nightmare but I think I’ve been dealt a pretty easy hand which is solely down to the team. Cheers Rich

We sold our house back in September 25 to a perspective buyer, unfortunately we couldn’t find anywhere to buy until march 26, Leanne and Laura have been really supportive to myself and husband and also spoken to our buyers to reassure them of the position and keep them keen to buy. A really excellent service from Leanne Randall, Martha Peach-Mayne and their team. I can't recommend them strongly enough. They launched our property live on the market three days after the valuation. They were warm, helpful and knowledgeable, and answered my many queries promptly and clearly. I have had dealings with Ryder & Dutton for many years. From the valuation Leanne is a breath of fresh air, I like her honesty and professionalism. I have almost completed on the purchase of a fantastic property I viewed with Ryder & Dutton as soon as we came out of lockdown, the service I received from the girls at the Linthwaite branch Charlotte and Leanne has been second to none, the whole sale from first viewing to completion will have just taken less than 8 weeks, I couldn’t recommend this team enough if I bought or sold property again I would recommend these girls and Ryder and Dutton.
