Excellent service from start to finish. Big shout out for Laura our Move Manager. Good communication, kept us up to date with progress and very good at chasing up solicitors to get things moving. Quick to respond to any queries. Made a very stressful time more bearable.Found all the staff at the Middleton office very helpful.

The letting was not straightforward as we were also trying, with the difficulty in the market, to sell it at the same time. Lucy handled everything professionally and found us a suitable tenant who does not need a long tenancy. The moving in process was also handled well by Lucy and Sarah.

A mistake of a lifetime was entrusting my purchase to this company. Buyers' remorse doesn't do it justice.Was sold the dream of a plush new build. What I got was bullied into completing on a property that has walls literally falling off, from a company with no after-sale service and a non-existent warranty.Proceed very cautiously. I hope your experience is better than mine because I'll be paying for it for years and years.

GoogleVery unprofessional and changing them word time to time.. been greedy if they can get more money offer even after u do all initial step for buying house.... end of u gonna lose money if u start processing to buy house cause they might change them word if sombody els come with more good offer so be careful... they first talk with u nicely but when u start processing with them they keep changing them word and make u push u to put more offer... if u step back still u honna lose money cause u have to do valuation and solicitor...
