you really cant beat a "local" estate agents for "local" people, with a great knowledge of the local market and know that market very very well. really glad we chose them over the others.we dealt with the Linthwaite office and he staff where wonderful and friendly

An exceptional smooth transaction on the selling of my late mothers home. Throughout the process Geraldine has communicated thoroughly at every stage. The other members of staff at the office were very cooperative at every stage. I could not ask for any more from them. I fully recommend the Ashton Under Lyne office and it's entire staff. Lack of communication and clarity from this company regarding offers submitted. They seem to have no mobile phones and from abroad I have to use email. I submitted sniffer for a property and havens no response negative or positive.
