They couldn't have been more helpful and friendly right from the very beginning and also responsive and reassuring as completion drew near and things inevitably got a little more stressful. From the first meeting with Gabrielle, who ran through all the ins and outs to becoming landlords, to the finishing details whilst we prepared for our tenants to move in. Janki, Gabi and Samantha all played a huge part in making the process run smoothly. We faced a few hiccups in the road and needed extra support and understanding to which all the team helped us with immediately including Wendy. They offered more help than would be expected and always went above and beyond for us. We’ve been so impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, transparency, understanding and guidance.
