Good advice at every stage of the process of selling in a difficult market for a Victorian era house. All major contacts were with staff in the local office who understood the environment. Friendly approach with none of the pushy commercialism that you get with some other agents. They were great!

Literally depends on who you deal with. Some of the staff are great, some are… well let’s say not so great. From what I can gather they’re understaffed and a lot of things seem to be forgotten about, or not chased up. I’ve dealt with plenty of estate agents in my time and these are certainly not top of the list- but a few great staff members keep them from sinking to the bottom. Wouldn’t recommend but also wouldn’t feel fair if I said don’t use them.

Communication at the beginning was great, however this wasn’t great towards the end and felt we had to chase everything, also sent a message once completed which was not passed onto the buyers. The photos and listing was great.
