Fantastic service from start to finish, the valuation with Jo was great, provided lots of information about the market, the local area and the suggested price was spot on, The Professional photographs were also amazing and really helped my property stand out. Tracey dealt with the initial marketing keeping me updated with viewings and offers and Emmy took over once an offer was agreed keeping the sale moving forward and giving me regular updates whilst liaising with solicitors and the buyers.A Professional, friendly service which I highly recommend and worth every penny.

Amy at the Oldham office was always nice and pleasant,,and returned calls when available,also Jenny at the uppermill office kept me updated on everything to do with the sale of my property sometimes communications between both offices were delayed but was soon rectified,as I am a senior surferand got confused on the odd occasion.

Absolutely disgusting company to use to value or sell your property. They undervalue your home to ensure you get a quick sale. They don't care about you as a client. They are very unprofessional and bitched about their competitors who we had decided to go with. We have the email to prove it and I am still very tempted to take this to the ombudsman and to the local media. Please do not use this company as they dont care about the client, they bring the area down and only care about making a fast sale.

At first I did find there was a lack of communication. But once the sale was going through I was uncertain given how the buyer was throwing in demands, but Matt Corfield made sure it all went through, and was a great point of contact, polite, friendly and approachable. He definitely helped and now I have a lovely new house thank you, Matt x
