Professional pictures which sold the house really quickly. lovely, kind, efficient staff. The whole service was amazing from start to finish. Definitely worth the money. Geraldine was able to keep in touch with other parties in the chain which was so helpful in keeping us up to date on what was happening down the chain.

GoogleThe service we received from Martin Thornton and Co was excellent from start to finish and I can't recommend them highly enough. The property was marketed very quickly with great photos and we promptly accepted an offer at a very reasonable price. The communication we received throughout the process was first rate. A special mention should be given to Ava who was relentless in chasing all relevant parties to progress the matter through to completion and we always felt reassured that she was doing everything possible to help us achieve our goals. Ten out of ten for customer service all round.

Overall a good service. Start of sale excellent service. Very quick to market & valuation.A couple of stressful times when no feedback/update was received on a Friday over proof of buyers funds, eg ! Short notes would be useful ie 'waiting to hear' ! Many times phone lines very busy, Central Office intervened. Often waited for return call to filter through.
