Absence of communication throughout the process of selling despite frequent requests to keep me updated.Recommended to use 'their' solicitors to facilitate communication however until the last 2-3 weeks,when a new conveyencing office took over, communication from solicitors for the last 18 months has been virtually none existent.Staff in the Chadderton office were personable (hence the 1 star) but ineffective.

I will discuss your concerns with the staff members who you did deal with and re-iterate their obligations to our sellers as this is certainly well below what we expect. Especially in these situations where you are not local and of course selling on behalf of relatives as I know this is a stressful enough time as it is for you. GoogleExcellent service from start to finish from both selling and buying my property. Regular emails and phone calls with any updates, upcoming properties when searching etc. A solicitor and mortgage advisor was arranged via Martin thorntons. Overall extremely happy with everything and would definitely recommend using. All staff are very friendly, helpful and professional but special thanks to Lydia who has been an absolute star ⭐️!!!
