GoogleWould not recommend - I called as a new customer to enquire about organising a valuation of my property and the girl on the phone insisted she needed to take two phone numbers from me to move my enquiry forward. I only have the one phone number, live alone, and don't have another number to give - quite a ridiculous insistence really, and she was not listening. If it's really "required" by the system then just put 123, or repeat the first number? Never had this trouble with other estate agents.

Whilst they were not our estate agents but instead the agents of the property we were purchasing, Elisha was amazing and we were so grateful she was on the account. When there were issues she was excellent in resolving them and it was always a pleasure in talking to her on the phone.

I have experienced very poor service from the Company. My rental income are being held in their Company for over a month. We have tried many times to reach them to follow up on the status but got nil replies. They have been very unprofessional in honoring the their letting agent duties. Their service promise in our letting agent agreement cannot be satisfactorily fulfilled.
