They were always extremely efficient and helpful with any enquiries I had about the sale of my property - largely due to the fact that they actually care about the properties they take on. GoogleI have to say that Lighthouse really break the stereotype of what i thought about estate agents, they are really great to deal with, polite and friendly staff who couldn't do enough for me, keeping me informed without me doing the chasing. Our office has never, ever dealt with a Shaun West and this is a FAKE REVIEW which we believe to be from a competitor. Our IT company is currently tracing IP addresses from the previous FAKE reviews and if there is corralation to connect them then we WILL take action and report as harassment/stalking of our business. Google has also been informed of all the reviews received within the past week.
