We are not in receipt of any repair issues with your property either in writing or verbally from yourself or your partner and i believe that the boiler issue was dealt with whilst waiting for parts which is out of our control. Our heating engineers are all fully qualified and as a business we respond before the legal time allowed.This landlord also pays for British Gas cover to ensure her tenants are always looked after in the event of a breakdown. I think that it is fair to point out some facts with regards to you as tenants. You are at this time three months in arrears with your rent and have throughout your tenancy been constantly in arrears giving your landlord severe financial distress which has now resulted in the property having to be put up for sale. You are in receipt of the correct notice to vacate the property and I look forward to doing your check out inspection. If you wish to make any further comment on google then be aware that you had better be factual and honest as the review above is not and could be construed as liable. Our office has never, ever dealt with a Kevin Jenkins and this is a FAKE REVIEW which we believe to be from a competitor.
