They recently organised such a fantastic fundraising quiz night towards the work we do to help homeless people in the borough and we were blown away by their efforts. GoogleWhilst not our agents (they were working for the seller), the team at Winkworth Surbiton did everything they possibly could to make our house transaction work, even where the chances of making the deal work looked slim. They worked incredibly well with our other agents, gave us great advice on how to make the deal work, played the deal with a straight bat, and managed to make the transaction work in the end. So, thank you, and thank you in particular, to Ben and Ryan.

GoogleI just bought my first property with Winkworth, via the wonderful Debbie. She looked after me every step of the way, proactively kept me update on the sale, and had a “can do” approach to any snags encountered along the way. She was genuine and caring and not in the slightest bit pushy. Just a joy to work with and I cannot rate them highly enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in any future sale/purchase.

GoogleNigel at Winkworths was incredibly helpful and pleasant throughout. He was responsive , friendly and helped get me into my first home smoothly and successfully. I only have positive things to say about this agency and it made a nice change after having dealt with several estate agencies beforehand , many of which left a very bitter taste in my mouth! Thank you.
