GoogleHighly recommend Debbie from Winkworth, she's been faultless from start to finish with the purchase of my flat in Surbiton. She's friendly, personable and was more than happy to help every step of the way through the buying process. I briefly met Ryan as well who was also incredibly friendly and down to earth. The whole experience really has been fantastic and I cannot thank Debbie enough!! Would give 10 stars if it was an option!

GoogleWe couldn’t have been happier with the quality of service from Ben, Ryan and Debbie for our recent sale. There were a few bumps in the road from offer to exchange to completion over the course of 5-months, to say the least, but the team showed incredible professionalism, patience and perseverance to find solutions, get the chain aligned, and crucially, our sale across the line. If you’re looking for a trustworthy agent to sell your house who keeps you updated every step of the way, works around you and where no issue is too much, then we couldn’t recommend Winkworths Surbiton enough.

GoogleI am very disappointed with the service provided by winkworth. We have been out of hot water for two days and counting. We contacted the agency straight away about the issue and they have treated it as a low priority situation and when we asked for the landlord details, they refused to provide these details as it’s fully managed which is fair. However, the agents Ryan West and Debbie Applegarth have done nothing to help us. we have contacted them several times and raised this concern. They have been nothing but unprofessional and condescending towards us and have not addressed the situation. It is unacceptable for us to go without heating and hot water. we have also been complaining about other issues that have been still not been resolved and I must say Ben has been helpful but this is the bare minimum.

But Debbie and the team helped us through the process, supporting us to know next steps, what we need to do, and what will be coming up. GoogleI had a great experience with Ryan West from Winkworth renting my current flat! I was searching for months, it was extremely difficult to find the right property and even more difficult to secure it due to the highly competitive landscape. My frustration was huge as my notice period was coming to its end. It was a big relief when Ryan came my way. When I called to view the property I was interested in, which had just came to the market, Ryan booked me a viewing the very same day. When I told him I liked the property he provided guidance for the offer process giving me tips and my offer got accepted the next morning! The paperwork, referencing and contract, was done with the speed of light within 2 days! I did the viewing on Wednesday evening and I had a contract on Friday evening, that was amazing! On top of that he managed to arrange my move in a week’s time doing everything really quickly again. Ryan was very professional throughout the process, very responsive and also empathetic, rare quality to find to people in general let alone letting agents. This was the best renting experience I ever had and I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough.

GoogleThe Customer service for Winksworth is the best I’ve experienced amongst housing agencies. Ryan, the agent, is a friendly, genuine person. When someone else acquired a double room I desired, Ryan saved my details and a few weeks after offered me another double room before it even went on the market. The property I went to was well-maintained by the company and the agent had a good relationship with all the tenants. Having a neurological condition, Ryan considered my state and tailored a payment plan for me that would allow me to acquire the double room. Overall, I recommend all people to seek Winkworth for their housing needs.

GoogleWe very recently sold our property with Winkworth Surbiton and I highly recommend them to others. The whole team was involved with Ryan getting us up and running quickly, the photos looked great as did the whole listing which helped us to receive multiple offers and accepting one within a week. Debbie worked tirelessly to get us through exchange and completion. We had a very challenging chain that would have collapsed just before Christmas had it not been for Ben's experience and skills that saved the entire chain. On top of all that their pricing was very competitive. Huge thanks to all the team!

At every stage of the preparation for sale, go to market and sale process Ben and Debbie provided massive assistance, guidance and flexibility on the process and property pricing approach. This ranged from assistance with house clearance, contract terms advice, keeping a steady head and providing calm, practical and appropriate advice when appropriate. Multiple viewings were arranged and managed by them in the first couple of weeks, and one of those who viewed made an acceptable offer (during which process Ben again provided sound advice) with the sale then moving on to a straightforward exchange and completion. During the sale process Debbie and Ben again assisted, with buyer visits to the (then vacant) property, in keeping communication flowing and even with taking the final meter readings for me. I could not have asked for more. Thank you again!
