GoogleI wandered in to the branch to enquiry about them selling my property as i was having no luck else where and it was the best thing i have done. It has been a long and tedious process due to the market and my buyer but allowed KFH to shine in their customer service, commitment and dedication. My agent was Ross Jordon who earned every penny of his commission as he stayed in contact with myself and eventually my father overseas who had to take over the sale as i was having a baby. He kept every one in the loop of developments, communicated with the buyer, his family, their lawyer, my neighbours , my dad, my lawyer and of course myself. We finally due mostly to his dedication got the sale across the line, (others would have given up!) Cant recommend enough this company, him and his team. Who were always friendly and helpful to a t.

GoogleMohammed, Ross and the rest of the KFH team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and nothing was too much to ask (even post completion). Friendly and personable we would thoroughly recommend them to friends and family as they made a stressful process that much easier. Mohammed is a credit to KFH and Ross was always on the end of the phone when we needed, chasing the other side for us and keeping us up to date with what was happening. Hopefully we won't be needing their services again anytime soon but wouldn’t hesitate to get back in touch in the future. Very happy in our new home, big thank you to everyone at KFH Kingston!

GoogleKFH were the estate agent we dealt with when buying our first home. They have been great to work with, from initial viewings all the way through to completion. Tim was fiendly and helpful in helping us find the perfect place. We then worked with Ross, the Sales Manager, who was absolutely brilliant. He kept us updated with progress at all points and helped so much to ensure we got in to our new home as quickly and smoothly as possible. KFH gave a great service, I would highly recommend!

Great work Rita and team on selling our flat! We had 60 viewings within 3 days of going on the market and 11 offers of which we accepted £20k over asking. KFH just have the best database of buyer clients and the pictures were stunning. Would highly recommend for a quick and easy sale.

BATTERSEA BRANCH - AWFUL EXPERIENCE I would start by saying I never ever write bad reviews. I am a reasonable person and understand things (especially with property sales) don't always go in a straight line. However, when you sell a property (a 2bed with outdoor space in Battersea) with a supposedly reputable agency you expect some level of service. I have had a terrible experience with a particular agent at this branch which all could have been avoided with clear communication.I got one phone call with the initial offer and then I spent the next 4.5months chasing her. I firmly believe that her lack of urgency and clarity has cost me a lot of money so my advice is to do your due diligence before just agreeing to work with a particular agent. I wish I'd asked for some references! Even after settlement she is sending me threatening emails. Thank you to the branch's manager who stepped in and ultimately helped move things along but I just wish we'd never had to get there.

It’s been nearly one year of working with Kerry first, then Joseph, asking for multiple mortgage offers and it was never too much for them. I spoke with other brokers to make sure i was getting the best offers, and can hand on heart say that KFH had the best customer service and the best rates too. They reduced our rates before exchange by nearly 100 pounds a month. They truly restored our trust in brokers after having an incredibly bad experience the first time we purchased a home. I have already recommended these guys to friends and will use them again.

From the get go Tammy was so, so friendly and highly efficient in showing up properties that would work especially well for us and was full of knowledge about the local area. As the process continued she was very attentive and understanding, always quick to answer any queries and help solve issues wherever she could and you can tell that she genuinely cares and looks out for the best interests of her clients and tries her best to work around their specific needs. Could not recommend her and the agency highly enough, she made what is usually a very stressful experience a very pleasant and smooth-sailing one. We are very grateful for her help.

Avoid KFH Block Management!They have been managing our estate and have completely mismanaged contracts causing the annual service charge amount to increase exponentially.The have admitted to allowing the estates communal electricity to go out of contract for over a year, causing the cost to increase by over 500% (not an exaggeration!). They neglected to inform our estate directors for over a year, and claimed that they struggled to find a new contract for all that time, but did not tell anyone we were out of contract. The lack of communication on this and all matters is unbelievably poor. They don't respond to tenants queries at all and fail to follow through on any commitments they give. Avoid at all costs.

We were extremely disappointed and angry with how KfH handled our potential purchase of a property. They failed us more than once. Firstly, failing to tell us the full extent of the chain above us (which only transpired three months later!). Secondly, using increasing threats of chain breakdown and deadlines (which always passed without consequence). These always seemed to coincide with month-end and seemingly in the interests of staff commission as once in a new month they stopped! Thirdly, they even suggested we should ignore our solicitor's advice and guidance, questioning why further enquiries were being raised. Inappropriate and unprofessional. To cap it all on the very day exchange and completion dates were set, they informed us a higher offer had been accepted on the property (which presumably they had continued advertising despite our agreement once our offer had been accepted) but claiming that our vendor may be prepared to negotiate. Another way of increasing their commission?? We saw little integrity from KfH, plenty of bull-dozing in their own interests and I have no trust at all in them. Bizarrely, when the sale fell through, they offered to help us find another property. Absolutely no way!
