Post rental agreement, Pete was also happy to help me get in touch with the landlord to sort some teething issues. Even though he was on holiday!

KFH were vastly better than anyone else I've ever used, they are so professional and genuinely eager to be helpful, and to make sure you're happy. Simon was especially attentive, he went out of his way to make sure we were happy and that things went smoothly, he was very reassuring and made us feel confident about our decision, and he even dealt with our previous agency for us when they were being difficult about a couple of things.
