Mostly communication was good. And ultimately they got the job done!We used Catford Branch and the personal service we received from Tate Smith was what made the experience above average. She was patient and managed to liaise fairly and confidently between us and the other parties/solicitors. She was personable as well as efficient.

Ross and his team guided me through the house sale process and were very helpful every step of the way. Advising on price and whether to accept offers and when and if to adjust the price. They did all the marketing and arranged all the viewing and follow up. I would recommend Ross & KFH to anyone who wants to sell their home.

GoogleHolly Witherington is a super agent! If I could, I would name her Super Holly! She understood what I wanted for my son and me, and helped us extensively in our search for the right home. Holly was always available whenever I had a question (trust me, I had lots!) and patiently answered me. With her pleasing personality, Holly is an asset for her company.

It was the second time that I let my property with KFH. This time I was abroad and it proved a long process, as I had to vet potential tenants with very little information. There were many viewings and many offers, unfortunately many offers were unsuitable to me. KFH persevered, but I could sense that they were getting impatient with my rejections. However, delighted that they and I held on, as I now have the very kind of tenants that I was looking for, and who are indeed very happy with the property. I just wish that the referencing was more personal. Jack & Alex from the Kingston Branch were really good at communicating.

We purchased a house from KFH and had the most wonderful service from Darren Tait and Alicia Grice Sinclair. Darren kept calm throughout the whole process (over 7 months!), regularly provided updates and followed up with the top and bottom of the chain. This move would not have been possible without their hard work and dedication. Thank you Darren and Alicia!

GoogleI wish there was option to give them negative stars extremely poor service and below legal requirement maintenance they were reported to local council housing officer with long list of issues in building. Poor ventilation building infested with Mold flats would smell horrible unless windows are kept open Missing carpet on floor making it very slippery landlord kept promising would be fixed for 12 months and never did. Poor cleaning in communal areas spider infestation Poorly build / insulated most of evening flat would smell horrible due to people cooking downstairs Parking shutter broken for months and months invalidating vehicle insurance Phone / door entry never worked even though this was advertised as one of property features. Signed 3 years contract and gave notice after 12 months. Would never use them again.

We signed an agreement with KFH in August for letting of our apartment. The initial response was excellent. Ben Rayner was the contact person and he was very cooperative. Tenants were found and they moved in the property on 9th Oct. Since then, the service provided by KFH is disappointing. We were repeatedly asked for provision of sofa which we mentioned will take two weeks even before the tenants moved in. Now i am waiting for the Council tax to be transferred to the tenants name but still it is being deducted on 1st Dec from my account Same is the matter with utilities. I e mailed Sophia Tobin on 17th Nov to sort this issue out but received an automated reply that she is out of office and will be back on 22nd Feb.2022 Does that mean that for next three months no one would look after her work and look at the issues raised by clients.I would expect some one from the office to contact me and let me know what is happening about council tax and utility bills. I hope this will explain my dismay and the poor evaluation.

GoogleA quality and professional service by Sam Jenkins. Got the job done for me in my move to my new home in a speedy but thorough manner while completing all the relevant paperwork and checks. Sam was always on hand and made time to answer any questions i had via email and phone and then got what had to be done and well before time. From past experience with other agencies, and agents this takes a considerable amount of time of chasing and effort on my part. Not with Sam! Five stars. Thankyou Sir!
