My wife and I have been very impressed by the staff at the KFH branch in Wimbledon Hill Road, Wimbledon. We wanted to rent out our two bedroom flat and they were able to come up with several suitable candidates almost immediately, with very encouraging proposed rents. Both the front room and backroom staff kept us informed all the time as to developments and the whole operation went smoothly. The KFH Portal is particularly useful.

You are in your thirties, Now that you have a baby who is almost one, you start your search of a two bedroom place to buy. months and months every Saturday is filled with viewings and your baby probably thinks this is how life normally is. Finally you find a place you love, you make an offer and it gets accepted!! You are over the moon. You come home and dance out of excitement. Your baby does not get it but understands there is something nice going on. She will have a room after-all.You get asked some documents for the process to start and you send them immediately. You try to sort your mortgage and solicitor at the same time, too. Well these are hard but necessary steps to take. Everything is normal until now.But here comes the sickening part!Alina, the sales negotiator you worked with so far who is a lovely lady by the way is away for the week and leaves her assistant to take care of paperwork for her. They need your solicitors details to write the offer accepted letter. First thing Monday morning you email the details of your solicitor to that assistant. You have hours long mortgage application meetings with the broker afterwards and they have all your personal and bank details at that point. Peter West the assistant does not write back to you at all on Monday. Tuesday he is still quiet. You write a follow up email. No reply. Wednesday he writes back that he needs to contact the seller and wednesday night he asks you to call him. Yes unfortunately you are correct! In the meantime, even though your offer was accepted he did not care about his manager, did not care about you or your hopes and dreams, did not care about work ethics and did not care about the reputation of the real estate agency he works for and he kept on showing the flat to others, found a cash buyer of course and on the phone he says, “there is another flat, why don’t you look at that?”Yes there are thousands of flats all over the uk but is this fair to us? Is it fair to his superior? Is it ethical? Our mortgage application is accepted now with the flat gone missing. Couldn’t Peter show other flats to the cash buyer? Was the one with our accepted offer the only one they had in all of kfh? I feel so disappointed with the system and I think kfh needs to sort this out if it wants to prevent its reputation from being tarnished. Make things right!

GoogleHaving been hunting for a flat for almost 5 months there has been only one constant throughout and that is Holly at KFH, we had spoken to all the lettings agencies in the area and none and no one gave us the exceptional service that Holly gave, not only that she was the only one being proactive and keeping us in the loop, She made sure we had regular updates on any availability, understood and looked for exactly what we needed and didn’t give up even when it seemed a lost cause, she also called regularly to check up on what we were thinking and to let us know she was still on the lookout, honestly it’s very rare you genuinely get someone who goes above and beyond in any field and at times it felt we were getting preferential treatment, (I’m sure we weren’t) but in our opinion Holly will go very far in the industry I’m sure and I’ll be coming back to her when we are looking to buy! If she can handle us again! In the end it seems she has found us the perfect place, in the perfect location, with all of our requirements, can’t wait to move! A genuine thank you to Holly just doesn’t feel like enough! And also a thank you to the rest of the KFH Kingston team everyone we dealt with there were extremely personable and great at what they do, 100% would recommend Holly and the KFH team to a friend!

GoogleIt’s been a long journey from offer to exchange due to a number of external factors, but Connor Marney and his KFH colleagues have been nothing less than courteous, professional and responsive, without being pushy. Connor actually alerted me to the property I’m purchasing, which I would not have seen as it didn’t exactly fit what I was looking for, but it turned out to be perfect for me. GoogleI rented a property from another property agent and I just moved in the property. The inventory company used by that property agent sent me a disqualified inventory report to sign. That is totally a ridiculous report. Thank you so much to Jack (Jack Parsons) for giving me his professional advice. He actually has no responsibility to help me because that is totally has nothing to do with him. However, he is still kind and patient to advice me. I really appreciate his effort. He does really respect his profession.

GoogleJack is a very professional, dedicated, conscientious and customer-oriented professional, and I am very fortunate to have met him. It is no exaggeration to say that he is by far the best professional agent I have ever encountered. In previous rental experiences, the agents may want to help you find a property, but Jack, is really helping you find a "home". It's quite hard to rent a proterty this Februry but Jack helped me a lot. He kept me updated since the first viewing due to time mismatch, until I fount this one. When I entered the under order process, Jack did not leave me alone, he would called me or email me every several days to ask if I have any questions or anything else that I want to know about the property. whenever I asked , he always actively communicated with the landlord and feedbacked me promptly by call or email. You can feel that he really cares about if you're really happy with your new home, and he really wants what you're looking for is exactly what you want. He's just thinking about things from your point of view. Furthermore, in each viewing Jack tried to be present by himself, if not possible, he will call in advance and say sorry about that. Even on the day before move-in, he made a special call to give me a blessing. His meticulousness, gentlemanly manner and consideration for clients really impressed me a lot. Excellent and stable service, dedicated and serious attitude, polite and gentleman style, these are the quality of service that I can see from Jack. Because of his high-quality service, I believe that he and his company KFH are a very trustworthy partner, so five stars + 100% recommendation!

GoogleWe engaged KFH after a couple of estate agents failed to get us the viewings we needed or any offers. KFH were honest and helpful from the offset. We worked with Angelo, Connor and Joseph who were professional and we can not recommend them enough. During our entire sale process Joseph kept us updated and worked hard to get us to a successful offer and sale. The guys at KFH are easily some of the best estate agents we have worked with and we would definitely choose them again.

Google10 September 2022: Alex and Holly from the KFH Lettings team were just amazing. They successfully let out my property in just a day! Their speed and tenacity are applaudable. Holly was always extremely professional, helpful and patient on the telephone. I am very grateful to KFH (Lettings) who were absolutely brilliant in finding me a fabulous tenant at over the asking price for my buy-to-let property. 26 August 2022: So grateful to KFH and in particular Connor Marney who first showed me my newly acquired buy-to-let apartment at short notice. I loved the flat from the moment I walked in and made an offer straight away. I appreciate his patience and expertise to ensure everything went smoothly in just 3 months to make my dream a reality. It is really exciting becoming a landlady again. I wouldn't have done it without the help of KFH, Kingston (Sales).

KFH went more than the extra mile in arranging multiple visits to the property and maintaining a close link between us and the vendors. As a result of this we were able to view and complete within a matter of weeks. I cannot recommend KFH too highly. Lisa and her team are first class.

On the whole, KFH have been efficient and professional throughout. A couple of staff we felt could have been far more empathetic and helpful explaining timelines, processes and giving more info rather than clipped/brief responses to our queries. However, mostly it's been a good experience with special mention to Daniel from Tooting branch and Iryna on the mortgage side standing out as really helpful and personable.
