GoogleI have been a tenant in one of the properties that Humphrey and Brand manages for more than 5 years. They have been super helpful and responsive at all times. All checks have been made on time and when there was a need for repair, they were quick in providing the right service. I had a very happy time in my flat all this time and I highly recommend their services.

They were always personable and even after we had some unforeseen issues with a buyer, they went the extra yard supporting us and my mum to get the sale done. Would definitely recommend

GoogleSuch a great service lead by exceptionally experienced and diligent sales team. It started with an accurate valuation, followed by a tailored approach to viewings given our property was lovely but small, meaning it needed to be 'sold' rather than just letting people through the door to make their own minds up. Post going under offer, the high level of service continued right up to completion. We were totally satisfied with the service from H&B and would strongly recommend to others, having done so already to two local residents who asked us to recommend a local agent. The best agent in Surbiton without a doubt, which I can confidently say having engaged four of them over the last 3 years.

GoogleAmanda in the property management team at H&B looked after my flat while it was rented out over a period of 4 years. She made it a really straightforward by being highly responsive and making sure enquiries were being progressed properly. When it came to tenants moving out, the team marketed the flat well, were quick to find new tenants and the flat didn't lie empty at any point. When the time came to sell, I didn't look any further than H&B given my experience of them when renting it out. Ryan did a great job - he got it on the market promptly, had lots of viewings and got a price with which I was happy. He put a lot of effort into the sale and did everything he could to keep things moving on track. I highly recommend Humphrey & Brand for both rentals and sales, and look forward to doing business with them again.

They were there for us throughout with good advice, consistent communication and honest feedback, and support and patience when we had freak out moments as we tied up a purchase and a sale altogether! During our purchase our solicitors caused a lot of hold backs but H&B were very patient and supportive and helped speed the the whole process up so we are very grateful!
