I write this review from our new home and I genuinely don't think I would be sat here if not for the efforts of Zoe Gray at Hamptons in Kingston. People say buying a property is (one of) the most stressful things you can do, and I didn't believe it, our first property was a breeze, but as first time buyers you have that power. I was not prepared for what was to come. From the start, Zoe coached us as buyers on how to get our dream home. I sought advice, I hate not being able to control everything, and was given options and insights on how I could influence the outcomes. Later in the process, everything started to fall apart, stemming from our buyers, with a different estate agent. They had valid concerns, not helped by a difficult management company, and extremely slow solicitors, but Zoe stepped in and stepped up, again. Communication, escalation, advice - any time of day. Reassuring the chain, supporting us; she was doing the role of solicitor and two estate agents. Every single day we moved the needle on getting it closer to the exchange and completion, right down to the final day. If we ever wanted to move, or wanted to recommend anyone looking to buy/sell in the area, I'd recommend Hamptons, in particular Zoe, but the professionalism is clear across the entire Kingston branch (additional special thanks to Peter Knowles and Paul Marchant).

Very friendly and approachable team. Willing to adapt to our requests, listen and respond. Very good brochures printed. Online advertising constantly up dated and feedback. We were told about viewings in good time and also given ideas regarding what we could do to improve the house. They were all very diligent and hard working. Incredibly happy with Hamptons Balham

We have been incredibly happy with our experience of selling our house through Hamptons Balham. Tom and Jack were the main estate agents we worked with. Hamptons have been the letting and managing agent for our studio flat in Kensington for 17 years, they have always been very focused, helpful and attentive. We have just completed on a house in Surbiton. We were looked after by Paul who was amazing from the first viewing to completion. Paul took our poor perception of estate agents and turned that on its head. We cannot recommend Paul and Hamptons more highly. Our purchase became difficult and complicated with some issues, not connected to Hamptons, that could never be forseen. The issues should have caused us some real stress, however, Paul took them all away and ensured the process was as painless as possible. We are so grateful and thankful to Paul and Hamptons for everything they have done for us.
