Foxton's Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames sold my flat despite my concerns at times. During first meeting with Steven McGuire I should have took on board all his advise as he was spot on and knew the market! The Foxton's Team always were professional, keen to sell / help me and get the best offer for my property. They know their market and employ great strategies to get results. I have been impressed with their sales methods tactics and will always use them in the future and definitely recommend them [despite being a little more expensive]. Foxton's have an great sales model and their staff are well-presented, courteous and knowledgeable.

Absolutely terrible experience as a tenant. Apartment put on the market for sale and I had to suffer through six months of viewings although my contract did not stipulate this. Very inconsiderate and once I gave notice to move out the property was immediately put on the market for a higher rent. Agents come for viewing with no notice and have no respect. Several deductions taken from deposit creating various inane reasons . Avoid at all costs.

The New Malden Foxtons team has been superb with helping us sell our house. When we visited their office they were able to arrange a valuation that same day in the evening and were quick to get the process started. The house had been my mother's and I had only just moved in to help her sell it, as she was mostly abroad. Knowing that the house had not been occupied for a long time nor taken well cared of, we didn't have any high expectations. When Steven came for the valuation however, he recognised beyond the house's poor conditions and saw the potential it had for development and told us about Foxton's network of property developers not just in New Malden, but around the country that they could get in touch with. We actually had a valuation with another agency prior to this, and they hadn't mentioned anything about the house's potential and valued the house at 200,000 less. After signing the contract, Steven and Azra were quick to arrange viewings, and Azra had developers coming in to look at the house and the land, almost every week, making a wide range offers. They always kept us up to date on the progress of the house and were always a pleasure to speak with. Selling a property is a stressful and long long process, and meeting the right team and right people could really make the difference to your experience. Our case was quite unique and we had a few complications on the way with our buyer, but Steven was very efficient and his efforts made a huge difference in maintaining good communication between the buyer and myself, and our solicitors. Eventually we sold the property at I would say much higher than the current market price. I admit we were very lucky, yes, but if we had gone with a different agent I don't think we would have been able to target the correct buyers nor sell the house at anything near what we got. To anyone looking to sell their property, definitely consider Foxtons for a valuation. And Good luck!

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).

I contacted Foxton’s in Kingston to find out what floor a flat they were advertising was on. In order to answer this simple question, they wanted me to open an online account which would then be bombarded with adverts for flats I wasn’t interested in and refused to answer my original question until I had done this. Three words - don’t do it

We listed our house with foxtons and the service has been abysmal. There’s been next to no effort or movement with trying to sell the house, no communications with any options etc. You get an account online which shows upcoming viewings - almost all viewings ‘booked’ haven’t actually happened and they don’t contact us to confirm it either. You expect a lot from an estate agent with their level of commission - dont bother.

Kris was very kind and helpful in getting us a flat. Super prompt reply. Good communication Already recommended my friends Soooo I was wrong about it. Two months later, we have issues with the house and the landlord so we reached out the agent for help. But everyone is trying to dodge the bullet here. It’s all like a fantasy until you signed the contract. Once you signed it, the agent wouldn’t do much more about it. Just leave you with the landlords, in which the landlords were not being able to reach out at all. The house needs repairs, but all of the landlord and agents got ghosted. Not replying messages as promptly as before, only reply selectively. “There’s nothing we can do” “maybe you could try lettingsupports@foxtons” but still no reply or whatsoever. Very disappointing with the service, with the staff, with the entire experience. Just don’t fall for that please. Don’t wanna give a star at all.

As a renter in New Malden, it is really difficult to find a rental house. There is a shortage of housing, but there is a high demand for living in a pleasant environment in New Malden. There are many real estate agencies in New Malden, but I would recommend Foxtons. Foxtons has a lot of properties and there are several professional agents, so smooth viewing is possible. Rachel was the Foxtons' agent and kept in touch with me until I found a house. She was also committed to ensuring that the contract with Landlord was well executed when I found a house I liked. Eventually, the contract was successful and my family is able to stay in a good house at a reasonable price. Thank you very much Rachel.
