GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Foxtons Kingston branch, particularly Coral. After trying several other agencies with no luck. Foxtons found me a property within a day. They took me around to several handpicked properties all on the same day, ensuring that there was no time wasted with numerous viewings. The signing process was a dream, fast efficient and completed within hours.

GoogleWe recently contacted Foxtons as we were looking for a property on rent. They are extremely professional and very responsive. Mr.Suganth Wimalendran - Kingston Office was our letting agent and he was very kind helped us at all instance. They have a wonderful business process they dont take a week deposit like other letting agents, once we say we like the property they do a reference check and then speak to the landlord once he is happy with the deal, we are asked to only pay the rent and security deposit. Within a week Suganth sorted the paperwork so well and we have moved into the property now without any hassle.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter dealing with a few other agencies both myself and my wife easily felt more comfortable going through Foxtons and Suganth at the Kingston branch in particular. As I was moving over from Ireland I had a few extra difficulties but Suganth made it all seemless. He was very friendly and professional, gave accurate information on the property and the process, and brilliant in terms of communication. GoogleSuganth Wimalendran - Kingston Office Although I found a property via another agency, Suganth was the only person that took the time to run me through what to expect from the process. This is included : 1. He was the only agent to walk me through what to expect through the letting process from zero deposits to traditional deposits. 2. What the market currently looks like 3. Constantly followed up to see if I was able to locate a property that suites my needs even if not with Foxton Overall just a positive and professional experience.

From our first conversation, Suganth immediately knew the type of accommodation we were looking for and he brought results. When we did find our perfect place, Suganth ensured that the entire process was quick, easy and most importantly stress free. He always made time for us and was always available to discuss any issues no matter how small. I had dealt with a number of estate agents in the area but no one came close to how good Suganth was. GoogleFoxton's Kingston offered a superior service compared with the one I had with another high street agent. Viewings were numerous and the handling of everything was exemplary. My only complaint relates to an issue we had with the solicitors who Foxtons are in partnership with. These solicitors did not look like they were paying attention, and dropped the ball badly at a critical time in the selling process. Foxton's were incapable of managing this issue forcing me to have to push heavily to meet our schedule. This should not have been necessary - Foxtons charge a very high commission and should manage all angles. So because of this I'm only 90% happy with the experience.

GoogleI have had the pleasure of being guided by Suganth Wimalendran at the Kingston Office. I was looking to move closer to work after graduating uni last year to cut down my commute and in 48 hours since initially contacting Foxtons about a viewing I am now just one step away from picking up the keys! Suganth was very professional, friendly and listened to my needs and any concerns and offered very sound advice - which I happily followed! All documents signing etc. is on their online portal and is so easy to complete, I was even able to fill them out on my train home! There has only been 1 staff member at Foxtons that I find competent. The 1 star is for the one person who had great customer service- who unfortunately is not leading on the sale.

TrustpilotFoxtons found tenants for my property who filmed porn and offer "happy ending" massage services.
I trusted Foxtons to manage my property professionally. They found the tenants, collected commission (2 months rent per year) and management fees, and were contractually obligated to inspect and monitor my home. They failed on every count.

Foxtone letting agency unprofessional team and agents. I have give the deposit for one house after 2 weeks I sign the contract and I recive call from agent with one responding: Sorry you are failed in bank statements. This situation si very stressfully for me and my family. I have tell to my lawyer to go back for this chase because his make me sick.

GoogleGreat experience with Foxtons, in this case we made an online inquiry and soon received a call from Suaganth who was very friendly and was able to get us booked in for some viewings that week during the evening. With COVID measures in place, we were glad to still be able to physical viewings and Suganth was able to drive us (with great parking skills!) between properties as well. We found a great flat during our first set of viewings and with a very efficient service were able to have all paperwork and deposit sorted the following day.
