I contacted ONE agent for a specific property viewing, and it has turned into a total nightmare. I am being hounded by at least FOUR different colleagues from this branch. The frequency is beyond unprofessional, I just received 2 calls in the span of 5 minutes.

As a landlord (don't hate me!) paying for a managed service, they tried to charge me £90 + vat to fix a meter door with two cable ties. This is typical, and I have to chase them repeatedly for everything. My tenants and I deserve better.

GoogleBeritan Gun was very efficient and helpful. She managed to help us finding the perfect accommodation, in the location we needed. She kept us updated constantly and did a fine job answering our question. Would definitely recommand!, , , Edit : if Beritan has been more than professional during our house search it’s not the case of the head office unfortunately. We have been trying to do a change of tenant. It’s been 3 month. It’s still not done and our email and call are being ignored by Foxtons office.

GoogleWe are extremely, extremely happy with the way we were helped by Suganth Wimalendran (Kingston Office). Nothing was too much for him. The markets tight, finding a house almost impossible, yet the first foot we set into Foxtons, Suganth found us two properties, and helping us even out with a third one. Always with a smile, and even we found another property, he wished us well. If all letting agents would hire people like him, then they would not just find homes, but make people feel at home. GoogleWe have been hunting a rental place for a long time now. We registered with every single estate agent and though initially chose few selected areas to move, when we were unsuccessful in finding a place, we spread our search across other towns and counties. When I say every single estate agents, I mean each and every one. Even the agents who are managing my other properties. But when we contacted Foxtons, Suganth came as blessing in disguise. He listened attentively to what our needs are, was very enthusiastic to show us around. Even before we could view the property, he would call and explain enthusiastically about the property. Even if I decided to not view the property, his hyped information over the phone tempted me to view it. He definitely has the charisma to keep his client’s interest going. He always responded promptly to all our calls and messages. I have never seen an agent as quick as him. Also, he acts very professional and I have never heard him say ‘my be’, ‘not sure’, ‘will check and come back to you’. All other agents say these things. Suganth had an answer to every question we had for him. I will recommend only Foxton if anyone asks me. We all are extremely happy that Foxton solved our housing issue when no other agents could help us. Thank you Sugantha and Foxton!

GoogleSuganth found us a property and had it secured for us in under a week! After weeks of looking ourselves, we nearly gave up hope. Finding a flat to rent in this market has been downright hellish, with +20 offers on every flat we viewed, but Suganth was 100% on top of everything for us. And considering how many renters he’s helping find flats at the moment, we were stunned with how much attention he gave us! He called us to talk us through every step of the way, and always took our calls to answer any questions we had. He even chased up communications with our previous landlords for us. I can’t say whether we’d have found a place without him. Thank you, Suganth, for helping us find somewhere to live in our budget that meets our needs!!

GoogleI was very happy I was able to contact Suganth while he was out on viewings on a Saturday, as I had a particular rental property I was very keen to secure. Fortunately I managed to secure my first choice property within 5 days of our first conversation, due to his quick response and understanding. Suganth is extremely professional and very responsive to questions. He has liaised with my new landlord and current tenants, on my behalf, quickly and effectively to discuss the removal of unwanted furnishings and to try to finalise an earlier, more suitable, move in date (work in progress). I found the online Foxtons portal very easy to use and highly recommend their rental services so far.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleSearch for a property for a while when came across listing through Foxtons and boy was I happy to have found it! The service was amazing from the first contact to the very end. Joe Johnstone took the time to show me more properties than expected and answerd all my questions with expertise and confidence. The communication after the viewings was also superb! All emails or calls were responded to really fast and the guidance through the maze of paperwork was even more impressive! If you are someone who is really busy with work and family and need efficient and speedy service, do go to Foxtons, they will really make the search and move sooooo much easier! Thank you Joe!

GoogleExceptional service from Foxtons Kingston as we struggled to find suitable accommodation for our son starting work in Kingston. Special shout out to Coral who went above and beyond to help us find somewhere nice . Her pleasant and helpful manner was a refreshing change from many other agents we had dealt with previously. Make yourself aware in advance of all the requirments and documentation you will have to complete even after deposits are paid - they are substantial. I would recommend Foxtons though suggest they update their tenant onboarding process to help tenants through the process.

GoogleWe appointed Foxtons in the spring after an unsuccessful listing the summer prior with another agent. We quickly achieved a sale with Foxtons at a higher amount than the previous listing. The service during that time from Stephen and team was excellent especially because we suffered a long drawn out process with our onward purchase which fell through in the end. We then had to start again and re-listed with Foxtons at a higher price as the market had moved on and once more Foxtons achieved a sale very quickly at the new price. Gurjeevan and the team were very easy to deal with during the process and brought quality viewings to the house. I’m pleased to say that I the sale has now completed and would very much recommend Foxtons as they very professional and justified their higher fee with achieving a purchase price higher than what other agents wanted to list for.

I had an incredibly unfair and unprofessional experience with the Foxtons Deposits Team. We moved out in October 2025, yet it took five months for any clarity regarding our deposit, a delay that felt like a tactical move to strip us of our right to provide counter-evidence.

Failing to disclose it upfront results in unnecessary enquiries and wasted time for prospective buyers. This should be standard information within every listing.

Our experience with Foxtons has been nothing short of frustrating. From the very beginning, communication was poor. Before moving in, emails went unanswered or delayed, and once we raised urgent issues like a serious mold problem, it was not addressed in a timely manner. We also went without heating for weeks in the winter before finally being given a few space heaters as a stop-gap.
