Our experience with Foxtons has been appalling. We dealt with Oram Ohene-Djen, our letting negotiator, who from the very beginning was unhelpful, dismissive, and often gaslighting us whenever we raised concerns. Instead of supporting us, he downplayed delays, avoided giving clear answers, and left us constantly uncertain.

GoogleExtraordinary service from Foxtons Kingston. Especially from our agent Suganth Wimalendran. He was great with us ALL the time. He asked the correct questions from the beginning and totally understood what we were looking for. Great service on the calls, follow ups, extraordinary presentation, service and approach on our appointments day, and then for the apartment confirmation. Unfortunately the apartment we wanted to confirm with Suganth was not available to see, and we needed to accept another offer due to timings. But definitely if you need to find a flat to rent, Suganth is your salesbusiness man. Professional, good listener, people person, eye on detail, kind, gentle and very interested on your lifestyle not in your $. Definitely I recommend to asking for him directly for a house search. Thanks for your support Suganth :)

Foxton's Estate Agents in Kingston upon Thames sold my flat despite my concerns at times. During first meeting with Steven McGuire I should have took on board all his advise as he was spot on and knew the market! The Foxton's Team always were professional, keen to sell / help me and get the best offer for my property. They know their market and employ great strategies to get results. I have been impressed with their sales methods tactics and will always use them in the future and definitely recommend them [despite being a little more expensive]. Foxton's have an great sales model and their staff are well-presented, courteous and knowledgeable.

Non-existent communication. Viewings done by an unprepared team: didn't know level of service charge, exposure, if the appliances were new or not, size of the flat or rooms. One claimed we had replaced the kitchen (we hadn't), another that the Hue Lights we installed were staying in the flat for the buyer (we never said that).

GoogleI had a grate experience with Foxton Kingston Branch. Angel Leong was a true professional and extremely helpful throughout the entire house hunting process. She listened attentively to my needs and requirements, and she was able to find me the perfect property within my budget. Dan was equally impressive, and he helped me find suitable tenants for my property quickly and efficiently. He was always responsive to my queries.Both agents were always available to answer any questions and were willing to provide support whenever needed. I would highly recommend them!

GoogleI would definitely recommend Foxtons to sell your property. Christiaan Olivier and Ambhar (Dar I think her surname is) worked relentlessly on my behalf and were lovely people. I had a couple of full asking price offers (as well as lower offers), which unfortunately did not go through - my fault not theirs, as I was in a very difficult situation at the time. The Manager Christian Dixon was also a lovely guy who called me regularly to continue their advice in an ever changing market. All other team members who I came into contact with for viewings were great, and did their best to work around me and my very young family. All representatives were professional, dedicated and thoughtful. Yes, Foxtons fees are high, but it is a fee I am willing to pay, particularly when other agents I had used previously had advised me to keep dropping the price of my home, week after week after week! I will be putting my property on the market again with Foxtons when the time is right. A big thank you to all involved.
