My flatmate had come from outside london to view a property in finsbury park and was only told once he got to the appointment that david morgan was not going to make the appointment due to being unwell, extremely unprofessional, he should have gotten one of his colleagues to cover the flat viewing or atleast message us in advance.

Rachel Ng has been fantastic from start to finish. We called wanting to look at one last place before committing to another and she changed her schedule to squeeze us in at the end of her day. We fell in love with the property and literally closed the deal in two days. Rachel was proactive to ensure she had everything to close it quickly. DON'T USE!

DON'T USE! As a landlord I highly recommend other tenants and landlords do NOT use Foxtons. They are providivg tenants and extremely poor service and giving landlords a bad name. They take no responsibility for errors or timely correction of them. Simply unprofessional and giving the industry a poor reputation. Rachel was absolutely fantastic! After I spoke to her about our circumstances, she found us somewhere perfect the same day, she was able to arrange a viewing a few hours after and then we completed contracts over the weekend! She was brilliant throughout the whole process and kept us in the loop on updates etc. Would HIGHLY recommend working with her. A huge asset to the team at Kingston.

A letting agent that simplifies your life

I use Foxtons to let out my flat. Overall, the process was easy. They came, looked at the flat in person, provided an evaluation and explained the process through. I took the offer where they deal with everything. While this came at a rather hefty commission, i really did not need to do anything. Foxtons helped me sort out all the requests the tenants have and kept me updated with the repairs (also asked for my permission too before placing any purchase orders). Special kudos to Tony Chan, my property manager. He helped me a lot with sorting out all the relevant paperwork to let out a flat. He is very responsive as well. Any queries I have, i can be confident that he will answer it. As a landlord letting through Foxtons, i have no worries, though the commission is a little bit higher.

We have been working with Foxtons for several years now to arrange viewings, and they have always been efficient and to the point. About six months ago, we had the pleasure of meeting Rachel Ng at this branch. Despite our many requirements, Rachel was incredibly patient, tirelessly searching for rental properties and arranging viewings, giving us great peace of mind. By chance, we set our sights on a built-to-rent development. Initially, when we contacted them, we were unaware that some of their apartments were also listed with Foxtons. Without an introduction, we attended a viewing but were unable to reach an agreement. After Rachel returned from her holiday, she immediately stepped in to assist with communication. There were several twists and turns along the way, but Rachel remained professional and ethical, never compromising her integrity just to close a deal, a quality we deeply respect. In the end, we secured a tenancy directly with the development, making Rachel the only party who did not benefit from the transaction. Yet, she continued to show genuine concern for our search, ensuring we found a home that met our needs. Her professionalism and dedication are truly admirable.

I was spoken to quite rudely on the phone with agents pushing for an earlier viewing or just scheduling a viewing without asking for availabilities. I have told agents multiple times to stop calling me but this was not heard. I even removed my information from the portal and noted that I am no longer looking for a property. I still receive 3-4 calls a day whilst informing them that I do not want to rent through them.

Foxtons Letting Commission…

Just to share my experience and warn anybody thinking of using Foxtons letting services. Foxtons will be vey happy to take full year commission in advance but if your tenant moves out before the full year period, Foxtons will not refund your commission in cash but just leave the amount as a credit in your account even you no longer have the intention to rent out your property. Area director of Foxtons claimed that this is in line with Foxtons terms of business. Beware before you choose Foxtons letting services.
