GoogleElle was amazing to work with, she was incredibly helpful, positive, and friendly throughout the whole process. I emailed Foxton and she called me on the same day to arrange a viewing. The first property wasn’t quite suitable, but she kindly drove us to see a second one, which we immediately loved. She was very professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free for us. We really appreciate all her help and great attitude.

I use Foxtons to manage the lettings of my apartments. Titia Wootton, for a number of years now, has been my "Manager" and I know that whatever my question, Titia will come back to me with a solution almost imediately. Even though my properties are in different Foxtons office areas, having Titia as my single "go to" person, has made my position as an owner much easier than it was in the past.

GoogleI received the keys to a flat in the Surbiton area yesterday. It had been only ten days since I first approached Foxtons Kingston. Rachel walked me through the entire process. Her help was invaluable to me, having arrived in the UK just two weeks ago. From the viewing, she drove me around the town, and even when an offer was rejected, she actively looked for other options. She assisted me throughout the entire process of making an offer, referencing, and moving in, and explained in detail the parts I didn't understand. Rachel was consistently responsive through email, WhatsApp, and calls, ensuring I was always informed and supported. Thanks to her, I was able to find a home in my desired area within a short time. I would highly recommend consulting with Rachel to any friend in a similar situation to mine.

Massive shout out to our wonderful agent Mia L, who made us feel so comfortable during our viewing and went above and beyond to help us sign everything as quickly as possible.
