Dexters took my flat in march.Despite good Communication weekly they failed to gain any offers.Their strategy seems to be , for you to keep reducing the price.I appreciate the market is tough but to get a call saying we do not want to sell this flat anymore left me flabbergasted.Clearly must look bad on their stats!They have removed my listing without any notice period at all.Such poor service from an agents that claims to be one of the best.Poor customer show from George and the team at the twickenham sales office.

Q2 HR Solutions (QQI)

More than ten of us were made redundant by this company. We previously worked for Howsy until it was acquired by Dexters, and we were fortunate and grateful that Dexters absorbed us after the acquisition. We have been working for them under Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) in the Philippines. However, at the beginning of June, Dexters decided to discontinue outsourcing work offshore, resulting in our redundancy.The issue is that Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) has not yet provided us with our final pay, which exceeds the time limit allowed by labor laws in the Philippines. Most of us have worked for the company for over four years, dedicating our time and working hard. Based on the information we have gathered, the delay is on Dexters' part, as Q2 HR Solutions is waiting for their approval to honor our tenure. We are simply requesting what we rightfully deserve as mandated by Philippine labor law.Kindly expedite Q2 HR Solutions (QQI) release of our final pay, as it has already exceeded the timeframe permitted by Philippine labor law. Despite our patience, our queries and concerns have been ignored. We believe it is time to resolve this matter promptly.

Monika Piszczyk handled the replacement…

Monika Piszczyk handled the replacement of the boiler in my flat which is being rented out. From the outset, Monika was extremely professional and also had a very affable way about her which made the whole process, which could have been very stressful, manageable. Monika definitely gave me a "sleep easy" factor as I felt very assured that this big and costly project was in good hands. Furthermore, Monika dealt with a post-completion error quickly and with minimal fuss which really sealed it for me.

Years of mould issues finally sorted

We have been renting our current property for almost 5 years and have had mould issues since the beginning of our tenancy. It was not until Monika Piszczyk took over the management of our property, did we finally get our severe mould issues sorted. Monika, with her determination and hard work, managed to get our landlord to finally agree to put in the money to install proper ventilation, get mould treatment and redecoration done. viewing arranged fine. day of viewing phone call to say go to second site first and then the first . no one turned up so i phone office. then viewing person who justs works weekend turned up ,she said been waiting at other property!. problem with communication from dexters staff? shown property that had broken in door with padlocks added and surrounding wood frame all broken.

We have recently secured a rental, and have been dealing with Maddie at the surbiton branch. She has been fantastic, and has made the process seamless. Maddie has been on hand for all of our queries, she has ensured we were informed in all matters regarding our first private rent. I can't fault the service from Maddie, and also being a landlord the rigourous service offered by Dexters in regard to their vetting and the reassurance that it offers. I would also like to mention Taylor from the kingston branch, who we had visit to provide a valuation to our property (of which we are renting out). We swapped from another agent and noticed a difference at once, particularly in the quality of communication and support. It hasn’t been the easiest of times to sell, with the interest rate so high etc, but we can’t recommend Dexters highly enough. I am very happy with the property management service provided by Dexter and I would like to give a special shout out to the Senior Property Manager, Petros Giorganios. There was an appliance broken in my apartment and needed repair service. Throughout the process, Petros followed up my case closely, give me clear instructions and options on what I could do/choose to get repair done. He would give me phone calls to clarify and explain the situation, like how I should arrange parking space in my property estate and make sure I got it right. During the phone call, he is very polite and explain things to me patiently.

My self and my husband had made the decision to value our property by 3/4 local estate agents. By far Dexter’s was the best so professional and I knew at that stage I wanted to instruct with them. George at the Hendon branch and Isabell were the two individuals we had the pleasure of dealing with. As much as I didn’t enjoy the process of selling and buying they could not have done any more to be supportive and professional.
