Constant spam via post.If you're a tenant in a property, looking around the market, Dexters will take the information they demand off you before they'll even discuss a property and then use this for their own marketing.Sending repeated and constant letters to the address, despite you still living there.The last one today is so ignorant."By now you will have received a number of letters from me, which I hope demonstrates my proactive approach".No, Bobby, it demonstrates that you don't get the message and your letters go straight in the bin. "I am surprised that a property like yours is still on the market [..]"Wrong again, Bobby, it is not on the market.Completely and utterly clueless and borders on harassment. Not a good advertisement for your business. Not just the letters, the assumptions made but also using data provided for another purpose to be used for this reason.This is in relation to your branch covering SE10.

Exceptional Support in a Time of Crisis

I don’t have enough words to say about Monika Piszczyk. Even though I am a stranger to her, she treated me as if I were family. When I experienced a scary visit from our rodent friends in the middle of the night, I understandably woke up in a panic. What followed was a series of events that, without Monika’s support, I wouldn’t have managed.Monika got on the phone with me to calm me down and liaised with the landlady to get my expenses approved, even though I didn’t follow the standard method by getting a contractor outside of the agency. She could have easily stuck to procedural components, but instead, she saw past that and empathized with me as a human being. Her kindness and efficiency resolved an incredibly stressful situation and for that I can’t thank her enough!

I sold my two bedroom flat in Surbiton in May 2024 through Dexters. In general the service from the Dexters Surbiton office was very good. The photos and marketing did a great job in promoting the flat. They took care of all the viewings, liaising with the tenants to ensure everything went smoothly. They were very good at keeping me informed with viewings and feedback from prospective buyers. Once the sale was agreed they were very proactive in working with the buyer and both sets of solicitors to ensure that the sale went through as smoothly as possible. My one criticism is that having valued the flat, Dexters seemed very quick to push for a reduction in the asking price when there no offers after the first two rounds of viewing. Although I did eventually reduce the price, I had to stand firm and resist a bigger reduction sooner. But overall I would recommend them

This review and 5 stars are specifically for Monika Piszczyk and not the wider company or other individuals/employees. We recently had Monika visit our flat and engage with the landlord to facilitate a change of boiler. She is professional, communicative, fair and compassionate - very, very rare traits in her line of work, which we incredibly appreciated. We were impressed by her efficiency, solution-finding skills and organisation and we hope to keep working closely with her.
