GoogleAvoid the letting agent called Raymond at all costs. He misled me on numerous occasions from telling me there was BT internet when there wasn't, to trying to pass off another properties EPC rating as the belonging to the apartment I was going to rent. He sent me "an exact copy of the contract you will have to sign" but with double the fees we had agreed to, include in it. No apology was given and eventually after complaining about him he offered to return the full holding deposit so I would go away.

GoogleWithin one week of signing with Curchods, they had sold my property. During that week they have been very supportive and understanding as it can be very stressful selling your property. I would recommend them to anyone.

GoogleCurchods provided us with outstanding service during the sale of our property. We actually live about three hours drive away and it was impossible for us to be around. Our agent was always happy to help out, collecting mail and forwarding it on, keeping us informed of what was going on (much better than our solicitor) and calming nerves when things got jittery. I cannot imagine a more professional service - we would certainly recommend them.

View AgentsThe first apartment they offered was the right one for me
I was in a hurry to find an apartment to rent as I just came from Italy. After a short chat, the staff proposed an apartment right away, the perfect one for me. They made sure the process would be completed in the most expedite way. They also helped me understanding the terms of renting in the UK, and helped me out much beyond that. A very good experience, and I am very happy with the apartment.

GoogleCalled up as a prospective buyer looking to buy urgently in the Herne Hill area. Incredibly rude salesman, seemed deeply inconvenienced by the call and perturbed that he had to answer basic questions about prospective property. Will avoid any further properties they have on the market from this experience.
