GoogleI have to say I was very happy with the straight talking of Nigel on my first call to the office. When I met Benjamin on the valuation I was sure that this would be the team to sell the house for us. After lots of hardwork from the team Ken found us a buyer. I can wholeheartedly recommend this team of very professional estate agents. If I sell something near them on the future i'll definitely be asking them to look after it for me.

GoogleI can honestly say that I’m super impressed with the service and supportive attitude I received from Trudie, Carol and Andrea and Peter, all part of the team at the lettings department. I can’t say how much easier they have made my tenancy during the four and a half years of dealing with S&S. As a tenant, its reassuring to know that whenever I have a problem or query, I just need to ask and someone is always willing to help. I recommend them to everyone I know without hesitation.

GoogleCurchods are the best estate agents I have dealt with, and I have dealt with many. From the moment of instructing them, we were impressed by Ben, whose manner and approach was way ahead of the competition. Ken directed and managed the sale of our house and did so with expertise and a high level of efficiency. He got us four offers in 24 hours and managed the whole process impeccably. He also chased everything up relentlessly and gave me daily information on the progress of the sale, keeping the chain tight at all times. I recommend Curchods without reservation and extremely highly, you won't find any better.

GoogleI have been dealing with Rupert at Curchods in Kingston for several years and they have overseen the sale of two properties for me in that time, the most recent having just exchanged contracts. Rupert and Curchods have always been efficient and highly professional and they took care to align good quality purchasers to match my sale requirements. This undoubtedly assisted the subsequent conveyancing process. My most recent sale arrived at exchange of contracts with little fuss and in a short timescale. Highly recommended.
