Suzanne and team are very knowledgeable of the area and clientele and means they can advise appropriately on rental terms Their hustle (from a landlord) perspective is remarkable. I had 8 days to find a tennant this was done in 6 referenced and lease signed. Well done team ! Look forward to many years with you guys !

Desmond has been very professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Initially we had to sell the house to buy a bigger property half through in the process we lost the new property. But Desmond gave us fantastic alternative option to let out our existing property to buy a bigger property. I bought a house recently where Barnard Marcus we're acting for the seller and we dealt with Tom Peare. Everything was done to a high level and professionally. We arranged a couple of last minute viewings to show our family and they were very accomodating. We had an unrelated issue following bad advice from a mortgage broker which delayed things our end. Tom was very good in reassuring the sellers during this time.
