I recently used Charlee at Evans estate agents to sell my property. I received excellent service. My calls were all returned straight away and I felt as though I was very important to her. She tries very hard to resolve issues when they arise. Would thoroughly recommend her and her colleagues .

GoogleFrom Karen Wright - excellent valuation, professional and friendly service. Very competitive sale fee. House sold within 3 weeks. Recommended an excellent local solicitor whom I received a discounted fee for using. Looked after the property and kept me informed as to progress. Very helpful to my buyers as well. Would recommend without reservation!

GoogleThey agreed a sale. Put it in writing. Encouraged me to contract solicitors. Meanwhile they improved the property description, continued to market with no "subject to contract notice". Then informed me that the sale was off as they'd had a higher offer. Do not buy through this agent unless you are prepared to loose money for searches and solicitors
