We used Evans Estate Agents to sell our house and buy another and it was the best decision we made. Candy and Charlee are brilliant at keeping the communication going between all parties, and were so prompt with answering any queries we had. Moving house is such a stressful time, but Candy and Charlee made the process so much easier, being supportive throughout. Would definitely use them again. They went above and beyond for us, and we highly recommend them.

This is the second purchase I have made through evans estate agents. First one was my first ever purchase which me and my girlfriend bought for us to live in. Now we have just completed on our first buy to let, really happy with the service Candy is on the ball with all the after sales as the flat purchase was quite tricky and drawn out. Thanks would recommend

I couldn't reccomend Evans Eastates more highly. Candy and Louise go above an beyond to support their clients. In a saturated market experience, perseverance and great customer relationship management goes a long way. Candy and her team have those qualities in abundance and my family and I couldn't be more happy with their support.

We sold our house with Evans. I would highly recommend their services. Very customer focused, quick to respond to queries, very knowledgeable of the market, any issues they were quick to advise and resolve. The after sales care was excellent in ensuring the house sale went through. I can't thank Charlee, Candy and Louise enough and would definitely use their services again.

Wow! Where do I start. Read good things about evans until I actually had to work with the staff they have. In particular Zunara. Was meant to be at 6 allied close this morning now when I ring her she doesn’t even answer the phone anymore. Last time I booked the viewing she sounded drunk not very professional

The first estate agent who listened to…

The first estate agent who listened to everything I said, was realistic, ridiculously efficient and prompt in executing the process. Charlee made it a very individualised experience which could have been a very stressful event in my life a completely smooth stress free process. I will be recommending to anyone friend or associate as their experience in selling property and dealing with all external parties is second to nothing! Charlee is an asset to Evans with no nonsense the perfect estate agent !

Thank you so much to Charlie Evans at…

Thank you so much to Charlie Evans at the Evans Estate Agents. She dealt with a sale of my property and her service is outstanding. She kept me updated through the whole process and responded promptly to all my enquiries. She is very reliable. Charlee was also very patient with me as sometimes I literally bombarded her with a lot of questions. My house was sold for a full asking price and everything was completed in less than 4 months, thanks to Charlee who kept on top of everything. I would highly recommend Charlee Evans to anyone wanting to sell /buy a property.

Used twice. Highly recommended.

When we bought our first house, Evans were the estate agents and after the good experience we had, we used them again when we sold. We did our homework and got three quotes, but Charlee from Evans, demonstrated excellent knowledge of our lease type and situation, (lease hold, with the Council holding a covenant) and gave us absolute confidence that Evans were the right people for the job. And so they proved to be. Professional, and personable from beginning to end. Special thanks to Charlee and Candy. Would highly recommend.

As an ex Estate Agent for over 16 years I didn’t think old fashioned customer service and values coupled with professionalism and modern methods still existed until I purchased a property through Evans Estate Agents. Write a list of what you require from your Agent and let Evans Estate Agents put a tick in every box. 5 star service from Candy, Louise and the team!

Fantastic local business!

Charlee was amazing from start to finish! House was on the market inside 24hrs and sold within 48. Charlee made everything so easy and was available at all times through the process. Evans were really proactive in making sure solicitors were moving along as they should be, and Charlee even chased and resolved delays on the part of our buyers to get the moving date we wanted! Bought and sold through Evans with this move, and if we ever move again we know who to call!

New Homeowner ☺️

Just got the keys to my first house 🥰... Charlee and Candy went above and beyond to help me along the way. After having a seller pull out of my last house.. Charlee rang when this new house was put onto the market and arranged for me to see it first...my offer was accepted later that day. Throughout lockdown i was able to contact the agents efficiently without delay. They were also very patient and understanding in these troubled times. Thank you Evans for helping me get my dream home!

Thank You to Charlee, Candy and the team at Evans Estate Agents for the amazing professional service that you provided when selling my home in Selly Oak. The house was sold (subject to contract) within 1 week of going on the market and we were in our new home in 2 months. The full service provided was fantastic from initial photos, getting the house on the market, viewings and service up to to completion. The process was made so much easier by Evans and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Charlee From Evans was an absolutely amazing support during our recent move. Our house went on the market within hours of our first appointment, viewings were arranged with legitimate and vetted buyers and sold within just a few days for over the asking price! Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was spot on. Without hesitation, I have recommended Evans to a friend that was looking to relocate and their house sold equally as fast. No messing, an honest service for a reasonable price.
