We would recommend using Evans. Not pushy, good knowledge of the local property market and realistic. Would definitely use Evans again. Thanks Candy you made the whole process easier!

House went up for sale on the Friday

House went up for sale on the Friday, had a viewing on the Saturday and offered was accepted on the Monday. Couldn't have asked for anymore. Process was seamless and the support in chasing solicitors was great.

I see a lot of investors go into research every day on what to invest in. I was like that a few months back. completely confused and don't know which direction to go in terms of investment. I came across the review online that changed my life. I decided to invest my first $2000 with Mr. Ethan Payne who helped me trade and made a profit of $10,000 Within a few days. from then on, the rest is history. His great skills in Forex and Crypto trading made good profits for so many in their trading account. I was amazed how many Investors wrote good comments about him. I earned a very good profit and made my withdrawal successfully and directly to my bank account. I'm on my third investment with him now and I am very happy to have met Mr. Ethan. I now earn good profits working at home, all thanks to him. I know this is inappropriate but this is my little way of showing gratitude and appreciation to him. Don't by your car from these guys

Don't by your car from these guys. They'll do anything to close a deal. As soon as the purchase agreement has been confirm the aftercare is 1/10. They don't care about you as a customer. Evan's Halshaw only want your money. I know for next time they'll be at the bottom of my list.

Charlee From Evans was an absolutely amazing support during our recent move. Our house went on the market within hours of our first appointment, viewings were arranged with legitimate and vetted buyers and sold within just a few days for over the asking price! Nothing was too much trouble and the communication was spot on. Without hesitation, I have recommended Evans to a friend that was looking to relocate and their house sold equally as fast. No messing, an honest service for a reasonable price.

A trustworthy Estate Agent

I was selling my house and used Evans. I found them to be extremely professional and friendly from the moment they came to give me a valuation. More importantly, their communication was second to none. When I had issues with the vendor, they stepped up and dealt with it causing minimal stress to me. Culminating in a successful sale, I have no hesitation in recommending Evans to anyone. 1st class

First time buyers, great service all round.

We viewed a few properties with Evans and eventually found the right one to buy. Evans where super quick ar responding throughout the whole process, very friendly and professional too. We didn't have any issues at all, very honest with their feedback and property viewings.Being first time buyers and not 100% sure of the process it was great when they kept us in the loop and prompted us to chase our solicitors to help move it all along! Would use again.

Excellent service! Highly recommended

Well, what can I say? We sold our house and purchased another through Evans Estate Agents, and it was the best decision we ever made to use them. Candy and Charlee (and Adele) were supportive, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly, and you felt that whatever any issues arose, they would be dealt with as soon as possible. They really know their stuff, and they genuinely care about their clients. We wholeheartedly recommend them. Fantastic team.

Service - Above and Beyond all expectations

Right from the beginning process of selling my home and buying my new home, the staff at Evans Estate Agents went above and beyond to make my journey as stress free as possible during a particularly emotional time in my life. They were quick to reply to any queries I had, and their liaison with all parties involved is what finally got the sale through in a time scale that was suitable to all. Personal, professional and polite. Couldn’t have wished for more.

Great local estate agent

We were selling our sons property who sadly died less than 12 months after moving in. The service and sympathetic help we received was first class, Evans went out of their way to make the process as easy as possible. As we didn’t live locally they arranged all the viewings and reported back to us regularly, when we needed recommendations to help clear the property they arranged it all for us. I can unreservedly recommend Evans, their local knowledge, friendly advice and professional service was great.

From start to finish the whole team at Evans we’re absolutely amazing, Candy & her daughter Charlie couldn’t do enough to help us secure a buyer and we’re right by our side throughout the whole process right up until completion. Couldn’t recommend them enough they are helpful, professional and you always get a response when calling or emailing, they do their very best to solve any query you may have, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Bought a house they represented

I bought a house being marketed by Evans and they were absolutely fantastic! Quick and transparent offer process, we were always in contact and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Honestly, it was so refreshing compared to other companies who are pretty cloak and dagger. When I come to sell this house in the future Evans will 100% be my first port of call.
