TrustpilotDon't go anywhere else!
As first time buyers we were obviously very new to all this buying nonsense. I can't thank Candy and her members of staff who gave us so much information and helped us throughout the whole process. Also if Candy ever recommends someone to you please take her advice. Every single party we dealt with from her recommendation were amazing. There's not enough compliments I can give this place

TrustpilotAmazing team!
I wouldn't go anywhere else - Candy and the team went above and beyond to support me throughout the whole process which, as a first time buyer, I was extremely grateful for. They were knowledgeable, friendly and flexible; communication was great and nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't recommend them more and appreciate all they have done for me. Thank you!

TrustpilotBest estate agents around
I couldn't recommend Evans Estate agents enough! Candy, Charlee and Louise are all amazing ladys that are so kind and helpful. We wouldn't use any other estate agents now after such a positive experience! They work so efficiently yet arnt pushy they work alongside you with everything you need. Our house being promoted on social media was also a great touch to find more buyers. Thank you so much ladies!

GoogleI have bought and sold properties through Evans a couple of times now. Each time I have found them to be professional, helpful and honest! In a process that can often be overwhelming and sometimes unnecessarily complicated, Charlee and the rest of her team were always on hand to answer any questions I had. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
Thanks for your review Mike

TrustpilotHelped through a stressful process
Dealing with the three ladies at the Kings Norton Office has been an absolute joy. Nothing has been too much for them. In fact they've gone above and beyond, on several occasions, by making phone calls and writing emails which they shouldn't have needed to make or write. They are completely client-centred.

TrustpilotGreat to deal with
This is the third time I have dealt with Candy at Evans. I sold my last house and bought my present house through them. I have just sold my late fathers property and once again the service was brilliant. I fully recommend them as they offer personal service and most of all honest and straightforward advice and answers.

The ladies in the office have given us every kind of support, sometimes making phone calls and writing emails that they shouldn't have needed to make or write. They are completely client-centred.
