TrustpilotBought a house they represented
I bought a house being marketed by Evans and they were absolutely fantastic! Quick and transparent offer process, we were always in contact and everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. Honestly, it was so refreshing compared to other companies who are pretty cloak and dagger. When I come to sell this house in the future Evans will 100% be my first port of call.

GoogleExemplary service; Candy and Louise helped me sell my property in what were extremely difficult circumstances. Their empathy and understanding was beyond my expectations, and I would recommend their services to anyone looking to buy/sell property in the area. They were easily contactable, arranged viewings without any issues, answered all the questions I had, and were chasing the buyer and solicitors regularly to ensure the sale went through. Recommended.

TrustpilotHighly recommend this estate agent
I selected this estate agent because it was a small local business with good reviews and I haven't been disappointed. The service has been extremely professional but friendly and flexible at the same time and I've been exceptionally impressed with communication all the way through the process. I have really appreciated being guided by people who know what they're doing and I'm very pleased I decided to go with Evans.

GoogleI would just like to comment on the unfair review from Rachel Brown everyone is entitled to their opinion and i take that on board but trying to ruin a good estate agents reputation when it was out of the agents control is pretty poor. The property she is referring to is a corporate property and the rules dictated by that client are we are not allowed to market the said property as Sold subject to contract until contracts have been exchanged. As explained to her in detail when the offer was made and afterwards when a higher offer came in.

As first time buyers we didnt really know how the house buying game worked but all the team were so very helpful in explaining things to us and putting up with endless questions and answering them for us! Id give more stars if i could!!

I Used evans to sell several houses for me. I always used to use the bigger corporate Estate Agents, but I never did get that one to one personal service . I met Candy and she convinced me to try an Independant agent for a change so I did and have never looked back....well done to candy and her team!

Brilliant and helpful estate agents we have been viewing properties with them for a while now and thankfully we had found the most suitable properties for ourselves and Evans staff did everything to help us get this specific property. TrustpilotLockdown selling and buying!
Trying to navigate selling and buying a house during lockdown can be very tricky, however, Evans estate agents were very helpful and supportive during this time! The service was fast and efficient, the staff had excellent communication skills and competitive fees. We sold and brought a house in no time and we couldn’t have been happier! Thank you!
